Me and my friends went to the restaurant around 5pm, the waiter took 20 minutes to ask us if we wanted food. We realized we weren’t getting the same service as other patrons. Not to sure if it was our skin color, or our appearance but we all realized we were being racially profiled. Never felt so disappointed visiting this establishment in my life.
Salt and pepper is one of those restaurants that needs to stick around always has that family feel and doesn't feel like a chain restaurant they always put their special little touches to everything from good size portion meals to good drinks good stuff I've been going here for a lot of years and I would like to keep coming back for more years keep up the good work
Took family there and it was not good. 4 people we ordered an appetizer combo and our meals. Waitress brought one meal. 10 min later no other meals no appetizer. When asked about it I was told "we only have one cook" I canceled my plate. The rest including appetizer came about 5 min later. We still didnt get everything we ordered. Not until we asked for to go boxes did my granddaughters fries come. She never got her garlic toast for her pasta. They took cost of fries off. This was the worst service I have received anywhere
We had a large party and they accommodated quickly. Large flavorful portions. Great pricing and friendly staff. I recommend this place. Even has a great kids menu with plenty of choices.
A great restaurant for the whole family. A bar section on one side and dinner on the other. You can play Keno while you eat. The burgers are huge and delicious so are the breakfast options.
I never saw the bottom of my coffee cup. The service was extraordinary actually the best I can remember. This is my new favorite lunch place.
Warm cozy, busy and sweet food service our food was very tasty, delicious and delightful.
