Watered down salsa, and they’ll get your order wrong even after you tell them more than once, and even if you’re the first order of the day. No other customers or line!I love Rubio’s because the food taste great, always usually good customer service and in my line of work. I work crazy hours that my lunch starts around 9-10am which most if not all Rubio’s open at 10am. So the convenience for me works!However today I didn’t get my order right, and in fear of them doing something to my food since they offered to make it right. I opted to eat the “Chipotle Honey Shrimp” Burrito I received (How can you misunderstand my statement “ATLANTIC SALMON BURRITO”????) and I realized it only had 2 shrimps, the burrito was skinny, and the chips had zero taste! To top it off the Green Mild Salsa I had was watered down badly.Kacey was my cashier and Receipt no. 44554I’ll still be going to Rubio’s! But not this establishment!

I recently ate Grilled Gormet Tacos with Steak and The original fish tacos.Those are really fresh and tasty.I think it is one of the best tacos.
Tried calling in to place an order for pick and was placed on hold for over 8 min. Hung up and called back to let them know I was forgotten on hold. I was completely disregarded as if nothing happened. Very bad customer service.
I like the shrimp tacos but....... they take 4ever, my break was over and I have eat my tacos on my way back to work ???
I ordered a classic chicken burrito with fries and they packed it with rice and beans it was so disgusting super dry and I couldn't even eat. It was just a big mess and only 3 fries end it up throwing it away $12 burrito

Stopped here on a whim and so glad we did! Restaurant was clean and even though there were a lot of people there picking up and placing orders, there was plenty of space. The food was so good! Super flavorful good and the chips and medium heat salsa hit the spot. The corn was really grilled (as you can see) but it was really tasty. I don't recommend it if you don't like the charred taste of corn. The only thing that wasn't so great was the corn tortilla on the carnitas taco. Maybe we didn't eat it fast enough but it was quite hard.
