This place has had a 2022 revamp. Whoever did it is a genius. This should be your first port of call. They’ve radically improved everything. I used to wish this place would just crawl away and die, but now someone’s really got it right in 2022. Its all delicious. Used to be just ‘meh’ now its knockout. AAA all the way! Do not change what you’re doing right now!!! Now market it.
Nice local restaurant. Prices have increased since I was last here, (probably pre-pandemic). But I expect that most places will increase their prices. Food was alright. I had fish tacos. It came with three very small tacos. I think they should've been on the starters or appetizers section of the menu instead of the dinners section. It was enough for a quick lunch though. The tacos had cod which was grilled and not breaded, which was an option.
The staff is very friendly and the waitress gave me the substitution of an entire meal for the ala carte I was trying to put together at a lower price than that would have been.
I have not experienced the Fullerton location as of yet. All I can say is that we all loved the La Mirada Location and wish that you will come back. The Sizzlers on La Mirada Blvd is closed and I/we were hoping that Polly Pies would reopen at this location. We loved the food, service and hospitable service and the Pies were amazing Please come back to us.
As usual, delicious food and all, but the dinner shift workers are uh, slow to customers' needs &/or demands. They Could use an Improvement in a good way. But other than that, I'd Say it's pretty great!
Polly's is always good. On the weekends this location gets very busy.
We usually love Polly's, but our breakfast wasn't great this time. Of course the muffin was delicious, but the portions seemed smaller and my friend and I both thought something seemed off. We assumed it's a sign of the times (covid) and hope Polly's can stay open. We look forward to dining with them again. :)
Food was good but the service was not a great experience. Was sat at a booth and had to flag someone down after already being there for 20 minutes. The person took our drink and food order and let us know that she wasn't our server.Maybe a little common sense even if they were extremely busy which they weren't I would expect someone to say that they would be right with us as an acknowledgement that we are somewhat welcomed as guests.
Simply great food, good portions and friendly service, keeps me coming back and of course the Polly Pies too!
The food was great (check out the biscuit size), the pie was better! Almost forgot, great customer service!
