Make my order correctly and EVERYTHING I order and pay for to be there. My last 4 orders at this Euclid location, either I am missing items or my pizza is made wrong. Or seems more often than not both. Food made wrong and missing items. I am a loyal pizza hut customer and have been that way steady for a couple of years now. I should be able to count on getting all the food/items I am paying for and for them to be made correctly. Also... The staff at this Euclid location are not friendly or professional. In fact it seems they almost put in effort to rude.
The pizza tracker says my order is ready at 4:50, it is for curbside deluvery, i pressed "Im here" and waited in my car, 5pm no one is coming, i pressed call, the lady said 5 more minutes, ok, i waited again but still no delivery, at 5:15pm i went inside the store asked about my order, they asked my name and the guy got my pizza at the shelves, this is supposed to be curbside delivery, the two employees are just chatting.
It was delivered quickly & arrived still hot. It was great pizza ?
Items were Luke warm and over cooked. We live less than a mile away but it took 20+ minutes to recieve once website said it was out for delivery
pizza was not hot and was very hard to eat it was like it was very over cooked and not very fresh the only good thing was the cinnabun rolls for the 40.00 I paid I truly wish I did not
The curbside pickup was really great my order was received hot and ready
