I had the worst experience at this location. I have always order from them, using the app. I call to ask how much longer was going to take for me to get my pizzas. The Store Manager answered my call, he was the rudest and not carrying manager I have ever deal with. He said my order was delivered. But I did not received anything. I told him to call the driver and he said. no! He’s on his brake. And I don’t like to interrupt their brakes. So I had to wait for him to come back. I told him to refund my money back and all he said was. OK AND LAUGH.
Do better. We got a dinner box with 2 pizzas. 3 inches of crust was exposed due to lack of cheese and toppings. The 4 corners of each pizza were only crust leaving us with only a few slices of actual pizza. Of the 8 boneless wings we got, only 3 had honey bbq sauce on them that only covered 1/2 the "wing". There was not enough sauce to even spread around to the other pieces. Very disappointing.
I was never notified my pizza was delivered, even though in the delivery instructions I put please call me when you get here. My pizza sat on my porch for so long without notification for so long it was only warm. I tried calling to let them know they should read the delivery instructions a bit better on the next guest, but the phone was constantly busy. Really hope this was a one off and doesn't happen if I decide to get Pizza Hut again.
Pizza Hut one of the OG restaurants of pizza making good ol reliable making food the way you want. Usually I would create my own pizza thin crust old fashioned fettuccine alfredo sauce instead of marinara topped with cheese sausage and pepperoni and can't forget the jalapenos...Man ol man I'm getting hungry again thinking about it lol but today went with chicken alfredo with breadsticks. Gonna have to take a picture next time of the dish, it taste so good I woofed it lol
I went here originally for the Detroit deep dish pizza and they told me that they don't sell it anymore, but I could order the square pizza instead that would be the same thing just a different name. So I ordered it, and pizza hut gave a normal pan pizza instead. I called them and complained saying I wouldn't of ordered the pizza if I knew you'd just give me the pan so could you possibly give some kind of compensation since I'm NOT going to eat this thing, and they said it's the same thing so no. Very bad rep here never wasting my money here again.
Easy on-line ordering and quick delivery
I had not visited a pizza hut for many years. On this recent visit, I was disappointed to see that the toppings were very thin! Nothing like any of their advertising photos!
The pizza was beautiful and tasted great! - It was very hot and looked exactly like the pictures. This was a nice surprise since other times with other places the pizza generally is a bit colder and not as fresh
