It used to be my go to sub place, their baguet was one of the best, but their meat has gone down hill. They advertise to try their new delicious chicken teriyaki sandwich, but it was the worst I've tasted. The chicken was hard on the teeth and I had to spit most of it out. Also you need to spend at least $10 for a credit card transaction to happen, I was a dollar shy so they asked for cash. Their drinks now taste like plastic after they transitioned it to a boba drink type of cups and melting in a layer of plastic on top in lieu of a lid. I've used to really like this place and been coming here since the 2000s, must of been here at least once a month. I guess its time to say farewell.
Be careful when you order your food to go, because they have a habit of forgetting to put in items that are on the dish. Im done giving them second chances. I came home today and found out that my pho had no meatballs in it and the jasmine tea tastes like water (this is the third time with the tea). Sometimes, they forget other items, too like the mint leaves or other meats, but you will still pay the same price.
They give you 1 sriracha per each pho. Asked more and was told they'll charge $0.5 for the small pack... Hilarious.My wife found an ant inside the soup but didn't even bother asking for a refund... Go to the restroom (code 9012) and you'll see where the ants are coming from.. These guys are lucky for being in the same mall with Costco. Not worth the visit..
Horrible customer service, I ordered a fries noodle plate and got chicken curry, I ordered a milk tea with boba and got fruit jelly, my husband ordered a hibiscus tea w/fruit jelly and got boba, the bread for the sandwiches are small and cut your mouth from how hard they are and there is literally next to no meat one the sandwiches, we ordered all the vegetables on the side and got vegetables for one sandwich instead of 3 andhad to add our own sauces because apparentlythey are coming dry now..this place is ridiculous and not worth the money.
Delicious Vietnamese food with good price. Although the price has been increased just a little bit, the taste of foods has gotten better! It could be very subjective, but I usually get Tuna, Beef teriyaki, and tofu Sandwiches; those are the most recommended!!
Do NOT come here! I ordered an oolong tea no sweetener. They made it extremely sweet, and refused to give a refund. When I asked for a bottled water instead, they said it would be $1.50. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Went in to eat pho, doesn't serve water. Have to buy bottled water seperately
