The worst customer service ever. Hung up when trying to call about the status of an order that was about an hour and a half late. I am done with Papa Johns.
OK we choose to pick up pizza from here now because the last two times I’ve ordered from them they forgot our soda it was too late to bring it back to us we waited almost two hours and they don’t bring are drinks The other time and look Like someone stepped on my pizza there was a hole in it and then the other time we ordered from them I ordered stuffed crust we did not receive stuff crust pizza Today they took 40 minutes they said 20 minutes and it was 40 only thing good about this place is the taste of The pizza
Should have listened to reviews. Have had good experiences at this location in the past but today was simply unacceptable. Only notification was pizza was on way. No notification it arrived and left food on floor outside for god knows how long. Will not be ordering from this location again and i suggest you dont either poor communication and unhygienic. why would you leave ready to eat food on the outside floor?
Terrible service, LOOOONG wait times. No way to cancel the order through the app if the store takes too long.
Pizza came out great but just a long wait and the large pizza looked more like a medium
I am from Washington State and I've never seen a papa John's before only on TV period from the moment I walked in. From the moment I walked in I was flattered last because of so much variety. All I kept thinking about was how painting Manning fit the criteria for a Pizza Franchise owner and How a pizza should actually taste quarterback style lol. I would have to say papa John's lived up to their standards the pizza was excellent the crust tasted So good and let alone the sausage cheese was amazing. I would have to say that I would recommend papa John's to my friends and family and anybody who has never tried papa John's before and is looking for a super scrumptious pizza and the bread sticks are POW.... RIGHT IN THE KISSER.
Order a pizza from papa John’s on Chapman and St. College. After waiting 2 hrs and 45 min for 1 pizza and wings it showed it was delivered…guess what? No pizza! Tried calling at least 10 different times and no answer. Biggest fricken joke I’ve ever seen. No call nothing but charged my card almost 55.00 dollars. So what happened to the Pizza? BTY it was a door dash delivery( apparently Papa John’s doesn’t have their own drivers) So door dash drivers are not paying attention as well. Note to self last time I will ever order from either one. ??????
Too bad I can't put a negative star. I had a terrible experience with an employee before 11 am. The customer expects to be received with a minimum of respect. The employee was in a bad mood, was extremely rude, authoritarian, disrespectful. That was just a pick up. I will never ask again in this place, where even basic respect is not demanded of the employee. Except she made pizzas with no gloves, no mask, and nothing to cover her hair. Disgusting
