worst post covid dining experience ever. everything was pretty packaged down to each flimsy plastic warehouse, you'd think the tree huggers would be all over them for landfill abuse. food was terrible, couldn't finish for fear of getting food poisoning. waste of $38 & my 45 minutes. sad to see a former good restaurant turned into a college cafeteria "togo" roachcoach
Whoever the manager is, is a complete racist. Of course she came up to the two black girls studying, assumed we didn’t make a purchase and made an example of us by saying “we only allow people who purchase stuff to stay in the cafe.” When we were just about to go purchase food. Us out of EVERYONE else in the cafe. Will be reporting to corporate. Was here 7:09 PM, Tuesday, May 10th. The person who came up to us was an obese white lady.
They don't have a good customer service. They don't give butter and utensils, even though I asked them and requested in the online order. When you asked ,they gave you a hard time.
Food was good, service was extremely slow today.
Tried the pizza and I will definitely not order that again. Pizza was not hot at all. they slap on some extra cheese and and put it in the oven for a few minutes. The cheese was not even melted.
Big and comfortable place to meet friends.
Dock three stars for the 30 minute wait for food and the Dr. Pepper which was way beyond being in need of calibration. Sandwich tasted good, though the bottom bread was a bit soggy. And they were out of tomatoes and squash soup. Hmmm... maybe a 1 star rating would be more suitable to the experience... but, hey, all businesses are struggling to find and keep workers and keep shelves stocked.
Jonathan, associate manager stated that our order would be late. 50 minutes later, I asked for a refund and this guy decides to be argumentative and breakdown that his estimated time should allow for an hour wait. Terrible customer service, dirty dining room and attitude from the whole staff. IMHO keep driving. Better options around, and no sandwich is worth an hour wait. The icing on the cake was the salty staff using inappropriate workplace language as I walked out. Probably peed in my food anyways.
We love to hang out there at Panera Bread.
Food always good but they keep forgetting to include the cream cheese when I order the dozen bagels. And I keep forgetting to double check, so I don't know it's missing until I get to work and get lambasted by my coworkers
