First time here and it’s definitely my favorite one! I was looking for a new place to study and I’m glad I gave this location a chance. It’s very spacious! I found a room in the back and I was there for almost 2.5 hours. I thought that when I ordered thru the app and entered in my table number, they would bring the food to my table. Instead, I had to go up and get my food. But it’s okay there wasn’t a lot of ppl when I was there so I wasn’t worried someone would steal my laptop and personal belongings. It got busier around noon and others joined in the same study area, but the 2 other ladies were really nice. I’ll definitely be back here very soon!
Nice location, easy access drive-thru. Staff was quick and friendly.. prices not so much
My Panera Order - 731288386 was not delivered to my address and the picture is not of my residential front door but to some business somewhere. Michele S was the delivery person with DoorDash. Since the Panera website took the order and selected the delivery service for me, DoorDash doesn't show the order. Won't eat at Panera's again not will I ever use DoorDash.
Food is good. Pricey for what you get.Have had less than satisfactory experiences with the drive through service. Today my drink was 90 percent ice and they forgot one of the items I paid for. Nonchalantly handled it with a verbal shrug of an apology. I get it. It's tough being in any type of work that deals with customer interaction right now. But the food isn't good enough to deal with that.
Javier was such a great help. This was my first time at panera and he was so patient and and helpful. You definitely need more workers like him. I will be back.?
Not sure what’s going on at this location. Still not opened for dine in; lots of missing ingredients in custom orders; slow; lot of items missing from menu… And still expensive prices. Better going to Costco next door to get a cheaper and better meal.
Tuesday night, not even busy, and horrible/slow service. When we called the girl working was rude. At the drive thru she was slow and it just seems like she was doing other task just so she can leave as soon as it closes. This person needs a another job if she doesn’t like working there.
This location is the worst Panera I've ever been to. The past 3 times I've went here they have messed up my order. I let the last 2 times slide but this time I decided to call and ask them to remake it. When I went to pick up my order, the manager saw me walk in but decided to make me wait at the counter until he decided he was ready to come over, even though he wasn't doing anything but standing there when I came in. Once he came over he grabbed my bag and just tossed/flopped it onto the counter and said "here you go". Not once did I get an, "I apologize for your order being wrong" or "sorry you had to come all the way back" NOTHING. Very rude and disrespectful. This food is already very overpriced for the quality and quantity, so the least they can do is make it right and give you all your items. You can guarantee to have rude/horrible service every time at this location and either missing items or food made improperly. The best part about it was when I brought my "remade" food back home and it was STILL WRONG! Lol it was a minor mistake the second time around by missing something I added to the sandwich, but it's the principle that they still couldn't get it right even after being very rude. I will NOT be returning ever again.
Poor customer service. Leaky Mac and cheese container (from bottom) spilled all over me in car. Accidents happen. But When I brought it to manager’s attention, there was no apology. They even messed up the order after a long time explaining for a Turkey sandwich. No spoon. No water after asked for. I’ve been patronizing Panera but this location is poorly run.
You have to go thru the drive thru to place an order. No problem with that except that those taking the orders can't get the orders right. Got my order home and had a couple things wrong. Ordered turkey and Avocado but but had cheese on it instead of Avocado, ordered a margherita flatbread pizza but had no basil on it. Was bland without it. Won't go back to this store until they get it together if that ever happens.
