Okazya has been my go-to for the best beef bowls in Southern California for me over the past ten years. No matter where I move to, I always make the drive just for one of these delicious bowls. The meat just tastes so perfect, so flavorful, just PACKED with that fresh-off-the-grill taste you cannot get ANYWHERE else and believe me, I've tried. Getting this excited over a beef bowl? The food is simple and tastes fine. I ordered what I thought was a vegetarian combo (combo #9) and I confirmed with the employee that it was vegetarian, but there was imitation crab (real meat) in the California roll. The wait was also strangely long — two people who came after us picked up their orders before we did.
I've been going to this place since 1999. Only thing changed is interior and their son joined in the family business. I still see the original owner working time to time, aging graciously.Still love their food and my kids love their food as well!
Wonderful little place.. I've been eating there mid 1980's.. California Roll is large with seaweed wrapped on the outside not inside and small.. chicken, tempura, etc bowels mini or large are delicious.. small place with a few tables.
Salmon Bowl is Awesome, Cooked just Right, Great Flavor on Brown Rice and Lemon Slices Absolutely Worth It, WOW OUTSTANDING LOL??
