Had the Mr BBQ dinner combo 2 which is recommended for 4-6 guests. Generous portions. Love all the different cuts of meat. Good atmosphere there had the Angels game on multiple screens. There were at least a couple of birthday celebrations. Recommend going on the wait list early on yelp it can be a couple hours wait depending on the night. We got on the waitlist at 4pm and was seated at 5:30pm.
Decent food. Sides are amazing. Service is prompt. Long wait times for table.Would advise wearing large ear protectors when visiting as the music is above the legal volume, and for happy birthday songs they raise the volume to over 90dB. (Legal limit is 76dB). There were 11 "happy birthdays" in the 2 hours we were there. Could not hear what was being said at the table. Had to cover my ears for the birthday songs.
LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE.Look guys, I know the wait is long, but I promise you it's worth it. The meats and seafood they serve are pretty good and all the sides you can order are so delicious! My favorite meats are the wagyu beef belly, wagyu short rib, beef bulgogi, and the sirloin. If I'm in the mood, I love getting the squid. My absolute favorite thing to get for sides (besides steamed rice and tofu soup) is the steamed egg. It's cooked perfectly every single time and idk why I love it so much but I do lol.Now let's talk about the service. I've never seen a KBBQ place so packed and poppin' but running so efficiently with the kindest staff on the planet. They're so attentive and they have their flow on LOCK. I gotta give it to them and how they keep up with it all. They also admit when things go wrong and do their best to make it right. I respect them so much for that.Still my top place for AYCE KBBQ and I'll keep coming back!
Definitely get on the yelp wait list 2-3 hrs before you are planning to go. Its great! We arrived and were seated immediately. The service was great. Quick and friendly. Meat choices were plenty and the sides are delicious. I think they are currently a bit overpriced though. It had been awhile since I had been here and thy definitely raised their price. For all you can eat I guess reasonable but I was shocked and I don't eat $35 worth. Birthday song and ice cream very fun if you're celebrating a birthday let them know
Was driving around to eat fount this place and I can’t say a bad thing about it. We got seated right away. Our waitress was amazing she knew the menu really well knew what to recommend really thankful that she knew the menu. She was super professional, kind and knew what to recommend. Definitely a fan of this restaurant will be coming back. The food was great and everything tasted great can’t say enough definitely recommend this restaurant.
One of my go to restaurant for AYCE bbq! Lots of selection for meat. Service was impeccable, price is reasonable, and you get ice cream at the end. They have lots of meat selections, but my favorite is the beef belly, pork belly, brisket. I would skip on the squid and large intestines. Squid was too soft, in a bad way. Large intestine was so fatty, makes me feel the cholesterol levels rising. The parking lot is always packed so arrive early. The wait time is reasonable if you eat for lunch.
Great Korean BBq restaurant. Very clean, great service, tons of choices and also the priciest $$$. My favorite Korean ayce place in Orange County. Highly recommended. Prices went up a little due to prices of meat lately but still worth every penny. It was yummy. There is a wait, so go next door to Bigs for sports and beer. Will visit again.
This place is always packed! I cannot emphasize enough that you have to come here early and always anticipate a big wait in the usual lunch and dinner hours. At 3 o'clock is when it starts to die down and then picks up again around 6. Same goes with the parking. I have always arrived at a time before the crowd, so I was able to get parking within their lot.Their plating isnt so ridiculously large either that its too much of one order. They serve pretty manageable sizes - which I like because then you can have a little of everything and get to try each one.To save space, you can ask for specific banchan (side dishes) to be served or taken away. You can of course always ask for extras of those too. They also replace the grill often when they need to.The meats are nicely marinated also, so they taste exactly like their description. Of course I always default to the marinated meats. Oh, and if you have a birthday, they have a cupcake to celebrate with!
