The lady at the register was very rude and had an attitude the whole time. Customer service is key when running a business and this lady didn’t care for her customers. I feel bad for the other employees who you can tell was embarrassed of her snapping at a customer. A customer nodded his head yes when asked a question and the lady replied , “I don’t have time to look at your head, say yes or no” extreme rude so we just walked out. There’s another donut place a couple places away called “A.K.’s Donuts” go there instead!
We went there today at approximately 4:00 to get some bagels. The employee was rude and totally oblivious and/or neglectful to our repeated requests for what WE wanted in regards to our bagels and types of cream cheese. She took it upon herself to choose for us, after we continually and politely stated what we actually wanted. It got very frustrating, because she was essentially ignoring us with her back turned, after repeatedly inquiring about out inaccurate order. Not to mention she used her BARE hand to lean against the dirty floor and cross contaminate the already used glove she was wearing (trying endlessly to find her “right” cream cheese in the refrigerator). At this point we had enough and simply walked out of the premises, due to her unsanitary handling of food, given Covid, as well as her rude and condescending attitude. We will never come back to your establishment again, and plan on contacting the Board of Health for putting people’s health in jeopardy. Management and ownership, as well her, are putting the public’s health in safety. It’s unacceptable.

Bagels are yummy! fresh OJ is little pricey but so worth it. Love it ♥♥♥
Donuts are good but the service is horrible! Three staff working but all making sandwiches. No one just serving donuts. Taking too long so i had to leave.
This is by far my favorite donut spot, powdered donuts are so delicious, yum I'll be back for more :)

Donuts , breakfast sandwiches and coffee made fresh every morning. I walked about 6 minutes from my original bus stop,it's worth the walk.
