This location says it's a 24hr location and used to be just that, but recently has been consistently closed past midnight. It may be due to the labor shortages, and I'm understanding of that. Just take 5 minutes to update Google on the change of business hours.
Bad service girl at window gave me my drinks dripping way over filled got all over my car and my clothes when I asked for napkins a guy gave them to me because girl looked mad and walked away. Sorry if they were having a bad day but don't take it out on customers i won't be coming back to this McDonald's.
For those customers that say “I had to wait 10 or 15 minutes for their orders” was that the only time you visited that location ? I suggest to please try visiting again to see that overall those young people work to serve the orders quickly.The orders are promptly served and warm !Love the hot coffee in the morning!!!
Dropped by here at about 1am but it looked completely closed and there were cones blocking the drive thru entrance. I did not get out of the car to confirm the store hours, but if it's not open 24/7 (especially if due to COVID) that might need updating on Google Maps
Went there on tues afternoon for coffee this is the second time.Ive gone they have a attitude whoever's taking our order ..I have a coffee bean down the street.I'll never go to that McDonalds again .Don't bother so rude☹
Will not take orders by phone, only online, and only options there are online and by phone. Bad attitude from drive through, and inside the excuse they gave me was we only take 2 orders on drive through, and we don't take orders over the phone. But it is very easy to download the app, I said what if I'm an elderly person and don't know how to use the internet? Or any apps? So then what? Only option to come to the store? Very disappointed

Left out part of the order. Can’t call becuase phone is constantly busy. Poor quality service and food quality is horrible , even for McDonald’s
Worst customer experience by far. There’s was an overwhelming line in and at the drive thru. The employees didn’t know how to manage the lines. I bypass the drive thru by ordering through the app. There’s a code at the bottom of the screen if you’re not able to check in. I had to wait about 10 mins to speak to someone in regards to the code. When I asked why there was there no one in the restaurant knew. So I had to place another order and waited another 10 mins. Train your employees! They have no idea what to do with themselves. I will not be coming back here.
