McDonald’s needs to work on food preparation. Our fries were ice cold. My kids ice cream taste like water and they make you park and wait too long for cold food
Waited 10 minutes to place an order in restaurant. Guy on front had been waiting 20 minutes. I just walked away. i realize there is an APP, drive thru is busy, and labor market tight, but that the managment of this particular McDonald's has always been below par, and now, it pathetic. I use the drive thru periodically because well McDonald's is a good last resort at times. They are constantly out of things and have a steady stream of excuses Poorly run franchise. Need to change ownership.
This place gave great service and honestly better than the McDonald’s that is 3 minutes away from there!! If u want great service this is the place to go the girl with the cool blue and purple hair was really nice :)
I know that McDonald’s isn’t the healthiest but this particular McDonald’s is the worst. Every time I eat here, I can taste the bad oil which I don’t as much at other McDonald’s. I am a McDonald’s french fry lover, but I end up throwing away the fries from this McDonalds.
Probably the worst service i’ve ever had at a McDonalds, they lost our order in the drive thru then had us wait in their reserved spot for our food. Waited 10 minutes and watched multiple cars go through so I went inside and it was just sitting on the counter. Ice cream cone and sundae was melted, cone had a hair on it, and the food wasn’t even hot. They gave us 2 “free dessert” coupons for our “wait”. If I could give it zero stars I would. Don’t waste your time coming here, go literally anywhere else.
Ordered a quarter pounder with bacon and medium fries. I have an allergy to onions so I asked them to hold them. They didn’t!! Just like every other time, it was covered in onions! But the worst thing is the patty wasn’t cooked all the way. Very pink in the middle and one side! And the fries were stone cold and little pieces! All this for over $18.00 That’s it McDonald’s… NEVER AGAIN!!!
Fairly typical McDonald's experience. Fries were a little better than usual this time probably because they were hot. The coke mixture was a bit light on syrup and I still have major problem that corporate decided not to carry the peanuts for the sundays anymore. Oh and what's so tough about offering all day breakfast? The reduced menu definitely makes it easier to go elsewhere.
Why does this place constantly mess up. They forgot a whole burger and 10 nugget. I was charged for the 20 piece as well. As well as the sauce, they also got the wrong size as well. Employee had an attitude as well, who ever was working the window at 3:30 today! Please do the job you are paid to do, and drop the mcattitude
Never eating at McDonald’s ever again especially Fullerton store #27635. Waited over 20 min and they still can’t cook their food
The wait on online orders is just crazy. This is the longest 28 min. I have waited.
