Horrible service. Unlike any mcdonalds ive been to in my 61yrs. No greetings,No thank you was said. Restaurant was empty, employees saw me waiting at register and not once did they or they aknowledge my p.resence. when i ordered and recieved my order no gratitude or thank you was exhanged. This was order 270 made on 6/9/22 @ 1915 time stamped. I am also a very large shareholder mcdonalds. Very disaapointed.
Service was ok,we order a kid meal for my grandson and the prices are lower than South gate the different almost a dollar and we are in a community with lower income this Happen in Fullerton ??
The woman working at the first window who takes your order and then pay her at the first window, she was AWESOME to say the least. Eventhough they were extremely busy she let me take my time to figure out my order. She even let me make two separate orders which helped me out alot. Only thing I didn't like was how they didn't give me any ketchup when I ordered fry's and a few days earlier forgot one spicy chicken sandwich. That's why I didn't rate them 5 stars. I want what I pay for. I do greatly appreciate good customer service though. I recommend this McDonald's for great service, fresh hot food and decent neighborhood.
My only complaint was that I couldn't plug in my devices. But I also understand that you're not responsible for providing my electricity. But the food was good and the service excellent.
Love this location. Much faster drive through than the one on Kramer and Yorba Linda Blvd.
Service is slow , need more employees.
About twice now at different times when you order at the drive through make sure you have everything you order half the time it's not there and have to drive back
Just stop by here one warm afternoon for a drink and decided to try the ice cream cone. If you have not had one before I recommend it! The cone was topped with tons of ice cream which was of excellent quality and very smooth. Certainly hit the spots on the hot day. If you have not tried the ice cream cone here before you do not know what you are missing
Great food great service
Today I had to work nearby with team workers. In the morning, we needed a light breakfast with coffee. I searched for nearby McDonald's and bring foods from here. This McDonald's looked clean and workers were kind. We enjoyed their foods and got refreshment going back to work.
