This location is probably the worst yet, super disappointing since it’s the only one location that's available for uber pick up orders. We had placed our order, the app said 15 minutes, also updated saying our order was ready after 10 minutes. Once we saw how busy the drive through line was we decided to park to walk in to grab our order at the counter, dumb idea. We walked in and about 4 employees were working, not 1 acknowledged us nor gave us a que that it would be a minute. After several minutes I finally waved one over, to which she then said "oh okay" then left to START packing my order. Order also ended up being wrong, but we had already wasted too much energy to even care. Lousy customer service.
On Friday I drove 20mins because Google hours indicate they are open until midnight and to my surprise they were closed at 11pm very disappointing. Please update your info.
I tried the chicken sandwich... I was expecting to see this gigantic chicken between the bun... just like the picture.. oh my was i disappointed ... for some reason KFC is turning into a disappointment franchise. It's just not what it use to be.... 25 years ago KFC was a guarantee the best chicken around.

Over all it was good. We have eaten here for years.One major complaint... I know it is required to have the calorie count on the menu but the text on the wall menu for Taco Bell items is almost impossible to read. Too smallThank you.
The order was fast but the pot pie was no hot at all temperature on warmer was 85 so I was not happy with my order they replaced the pot pie for a new one but it was warm not hot like it supposed to
Went through the drive thru and asked for butter and honey with my meal. You'd think they were taking the cost of condiments out of their paychecks? I asked for butter and honey, lady says "I put some in the bag" and of course she literally put one of each in the bag, so I asked for more butter and honey and held my bag of food as she dropped 2 more packets in my bag. Why offer the condiments if you going to be tight about it? You might as well hand the customer a bottle of honey attached to a break away lanyard(for safety reasons) and have them take what they need from the bottle, while the employee stares and waits to be handed the bottle back. That ought to keep customers coming back, NOT! yeah I said it NOT!!

Awesome locality with delicious taste of chicken and taco bell. Neat and clean place.
Drive 20 mins just to get some KFC and they closed an hour earlier than what the site says. Even the signs on the building and drive thru said 12a closing time. Trash.
