This place never gets your order right. I don’t know what the problem is here. I did here the one worker tell 3 females that spoke only Spanish that they need not worry as he would hook them up with a job in the back so long as they can work fast. SMH. Just because my skin is white doesn’t mean I don’t know Spanish. I order from Uber eats to get my order and half was missing. I had to call Uber to let them know so I could be refunded and then drive to kfc just so I could get my food. What a waste of my time. Get the order right or get another job seriously.
Chicken and fires were not bad for the price overall 9/10. It was just too greasy but it wasn’t bad overall.
Kfc is the bomb the chicken tenders were on point best service ever
Came here with a friend. Ordered thru drive thru. Order was not ready by the time we went to pay. Employees asked if we could wait out in front waited about 20 mins. Employee came to our car and gave us our food. Food was very fresh and hot and delicious. Definitely coming back.
They don't pay attention and give out the wrong orders.
Not a great experience this time at our local KFC tonight. Service was slowwww, wrong items given to us, food was warm, not hot, no napkins or plastic utensils given to eat with, had to ask for butter for biscuits.Gentleman in charge argued with a customer over a drink and then told him....take it or leave it.I have had excellent service out of this location before !!!
Could have been a little faster to take orders at the front counter. Food was great as usual! Employees were pleasant once they addressed you, maybe a bit short staffed, perhaps someone called in sick?
Ordering inside is much easier than drive thru. Variety of options and classic taste.
The guy in the drive thruh is was very rude..really BAD customer service. There are some people that must not work in the costumer service and I think this is the case. The guy needs a job somewhere else if he isnt happy here .
