Their tea choices are awesome, and everything I've tried tastes amazing.
Great presentation, clean store, fast service, and some of the best cheese tea I’ve ever had, and I’ve had boba at about 50 different stores over the years. Wish there was one closer to where I live, but I’ll be back here any time I come back to visit the LA area again
The drinks here are amazing. They feel like a meal. The place is clean and the staff are professional and friendly. Highly recommended.
I got a grapefruit green tea and my friend got a brown sugar milk tea. The decor is very beautiful. You order from a kiosk. There is little human interaction. The drink was excellent. There was no seating inside except for one bench to wait for your order. When we went, there were no other people in the space. It is conveniently located next to the Albertsons. I was glad I tried it out. The one staff member we did interact with was very helpful. The place was clean.
Doesn't not accept mobile payment despite using toast kiosk, so its a deliberate choice. They dont even use the chip reader. Sliding card is the most unsafe way of payment, why deliberately choose this form of payment? Who under the age of 20 brings an actual card. Want able to get anything, will never return.
Sooo many options! Easy ordering system, friendly staff when I had questions. Matcha was good, Mango was great, and strawberry was the girls' favorite!
