Great customer service.Joseph was really nice and thoughtful. The Cajun fries were nicely crisp and had a subtle spice ? The Chicken Sandwich was so juicy and fresh! The sauces all are freshly made and they tasted great. My favorite was the bacon ranch. Overall, very impressed! Definitely coming back. It's so worth a visit when you're in Downtown Fullerton!
Have come here a couple times and always love the food. If they ever sold their house sauce in bottle I would buy it! Love the flavor.The day we came it was pretty hot outside. I felt bad for the staff as it was even hotter inside the restaurant than it was outside. When I mentioned it, the person at the counter said they're not really allowed to turn on the air conditioning. That's terrible! Whoever runs this location should take better care of their employees.
Few days ago I tried this place. Not a big fan.. sorry. Chicken was dry, spices only on one side ??, bland, no flavor. Hamburger place was way better.Clyde’s down the street is much better, seasoned exceptionally well & delicious.
Chicken is extremely fresh and juicy and has been every time I come. I am a lover of Clyde’s and prefer Clyde’s tenders but Jaxon’s has WAAAAY better sides. Best Mac, insanely good Buffalo chicken fries and Buffalo Mac is always above and beyond. The staff is very friendly and fun.
Looking for hot chicken? This place isn't it. Food was decent, but nothing to get excited about, service was excellent. Chicken was dusty on the outside, not very flavorful, and mostly just run of the mill - it was juicy on the inside, and clearly quality ingredients... Just needs a better recipe.
Food was great. Hot and fresh. Didn't have to wait too long. Was nice that there were wheelchair friendly tables I can roll under. And the staff was very friendly, also suggested great options. First time going and think it's going to be a regular spot for great chicken.

Great, friendly employees. Fabulous food and some good brews on tap.Prices keep going up though. Used to go in daily, but every week the prices went up a dollar. Was 7.99 when I started going. The next week it was 8.99, thought nothing of it, then it happened again and again to the point I can't afford to go in anymore. Shame. It is great food, just too expensive now for a daily customer.
My new favorite chicken spot. Best chicken I've had, great sauces, and the spicy option is great. Also the service was very good as well as the price.
The Chicken in the sandwich was good but was too big for the bun. I like the sweet tea which is not common- did my 50/50 blend of sweet tea and black tea which get the level of sweetness as straight sweet tea is too sweet for me.
