One of my favorite Jack in the Boxes since I graduated ? HS in 1999...
Room was nice but the staff was very poor towards patrons.
First time here was good. Second time here was bad. The tacos were AWFUL and soggy and kinda gelatinous, like they'd been sitting there for hours. Everyone got a stomach ache and boyfriend got the runs. Probably never coming here again.
Came for lunch twice and now two times they’ve forgotten many of my items in my order. Missed drinks, and food items. I don’t know if they’re rushing their employees but the service is awful. Having my money STOLEN from on on my lunch is very disrespectful and poor service in general. Will be talking to manager next time it happens.
Don't waste your time here unless you want alot of excuses on why you're gonna wait 30 plus minutes in the drive thru
Normally I would give this Jack-in-the-Box a five-star but today it got a 3-star because the cashier had an attitude I know we all have bad days but you're doing a job don't take it out on the customers
I mean, they've never messed up my order... just those instagram girls with the long nails need to chill, they ain't that good looking working in there.

Very long drive through line. Finally got to the window and they ran out of Diet Coke. I got one drink which hardly had any flavor at all. They added new syrup and then couldn't get the machine to work. The cashier took cash from the car ahead of me and then held and put the lid on my drink with the same dirty gloves that had just handled the cash! Disgusting! Never going there again!
