I'm very disappointed with service by Jessy nasty attitude. Has no customer service and she told us that they didn't have no kids meals when they did have some . She messed up are order and isn't a friendly person in the drive thru be ware of her . I don't understand why Jack in the box has employees like that . That don't like there job .
Had a UberEats order here at this Jack in the Box and the drive through was closed for improvements which is understandable but when I went to go up to the door to see if anyone was working there were two workers just sitting at the table blasting loud music doing absolutely nothing but playing on their phones. I knocked on the door and they too me to go away. I would not recommend this location
Disappointed. A large sign on the menu board advertising the LAKERS taco special.Get to the speaker and then again the window.NO ONE, NO ONE, NO ONE, not even the manager knew what that was.Finally, I convinced them to walk out to their sign and read it.They came back irritated and agreed with the special.I don't know what they did, the tacos tasted awful!
Food is fine, but the staff is awful. Says 24hrs but everytime I come here off my 3am shift no one is at the drive window or anything. Walked about the front of the restaurant and saw both employees shooting the breeze eating company food. Please fire and rehire.
I WISH I could give this location zero stars. I work third shift and often have to rely on 24 hour businesses for a place to grab something to eat late at night. For MONTHS, the graveyard shift employees have claimed that the restaurant is closed, will block the drive thru, or not speak or acknowledge customers at all. Tonight, I found the only two employees eating in the dining room while customers remained unassisted (pictures provided). These two employees are taking advantage of their paychecks by shooting the breeze and blowing off customers.
I went last night on Jan 24 at like 2am and I just wanted a chocolate milkshake my mom doesn’t speak English well so me being on the passenger side responded to the rude lady at the drive through she asked us twice what would we like and the first and second time she asked us she sounded so rude and annoyed and I responded to her right after she asked the second time because she couldn’t hear me or something and I told her my order and she didn’t reply we waited for a bit and no one answered I was almost yelling to make sure she could hear us and we just went to the window and she said she couldn’t take our order there she was so rude and she closed the window she was a little chubby and was dark brown skin had dark black eyeliner and was working with a nicer light skin chubbier woman who came to help us but we didn’t want to order there anymore I was upset .
I went this morning to get breakfast and the lady at the cashier was rude, looks like she needs to find another job, she was asking me questions about my order but her attitude was horrible. I hope they find a person with different attitude…

Super disappointed. I placed an online order for pickup at the store. However, this supposed “24 Hour” store was closed at 1:20 AM. THE APP HAD ALREADY ACCEPTED AND TAKEN MY MONEY UNDER THE GUISE THAT THE STORE WOULD BE OPEN.I ordered and prepaid for my meal through the Jack In the Box app and I was given directions to head towards the supposedly open store. When I arrived for pickup, the interior lights were dark and the drive-thru was blocked by a hazard cone. I don’t know why they promise 24 hour availability on the app if the workers shut down the place early and end up screwing people who prepaid their orders via the app. Looks really bad on the reliability of the business. Still need my refund.
Very rude and horrible managers. We ordered a deluxe sandwich and didnt get what we had ordered but it wasnt a big deal so we went to switch the sandwhich. The manager that was helping us gave us a huge attitude was yelling at her staff and told my boyfriend 'well i didnt take your order so i dont know whats the problem ' and got mad at left. Seriously never coming back her again. As much as i love the food, its not worth the hassle. And they still charged us full price for the new sandwhich.
