i ordered online for pick up. When i went inside, i told the employees that i ordered through online and they told me to go to the pick up area to pick up my food. When I went to the pick up area, the employees were just staring at me and moving back in forward. I tried to get their attention by saying hello, but they just ignored me. I tried to get their attention again, but they ignored me again. Since they ignored me, i assumed that they were just too busy. After standing there for like 10 min an employee finally asked me if i was here for pick up.... When I finally received my food, my hamburger and fries were cold... However, i still enjoyed eating the burger because I used an air fryer to reheat it all.
Had the lunch special. Service was fast and friendly but the burger I ate definitely had no salt on it and the onions tasted less than fresh. Ate about 25% of my food before giving up. Will give the benefit of the doubt since the other tables seemed to be enjoying their food but having that poor of an experience with their signature dish isn't making me want to return.
Come here often for a burger and fries. Celebrated my 21st birthday here as well and got my first drink as well! Very friendly staff and nice environment :)

Islands changed alot over the years! Drinks were good but food! Small portions( onion rings order, only 6onion rings and they were burnt! Blue cheese hamburger was o.k. but nothing to say yeah about! Sliders were very small, buns and 50cent piece of meat!! Service really sucked! And I wasn't busy, bartender too busy chatting with people sitting at the bar!I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THAT BUSINESS EVER AGAIN
Great food and great service. The waiters are very nice. And the prices aren't bad either.Although it can get pretty crowded, so make a reservation.
Great food. We really enjoy the staff here. Food comes out hot. Plenty of parking. Good value for your money. On a negative note: their fries are cooked in ? peanut oil. So if you or your friends have peanut allergies, be advised!
This place is just average, all islands restaurants are. The food is just plain, nothing special. There are much better burgers and food that you can spend your money on.
Food is fair but inept service Every single time I have eaten there. Waiting and waiting for my forgotten cold food, inattentive bartenders costing the restaurant in lost revenue and waste. So disappointing when I can see management has provided such a lovely place to work. Inept bartenders negate the great job cooks are doing, and the restaurant was only <15% full. Please get rid of half-brained staff.
Really nice atmosphere. They fries have a lot of calories and the staff was willing to substitute with some fresh pineapple. Staff was really polite, speed of service was great, time from ordering to eating was fast, and the food was tasty!
