I've always heard of In-N-Out and I really thought it was probably an over hyped or over rated restaurant. On top of that I'm NOT a burger person at all. BUT, let me tell you, I ate my words and a double double animal style here and was definitely proved wrong. In-N-Out is super great when it comes to it's burgers, but I'll be honest I'll never get the fries again, haha.

I've had better burgers, but In-N-Out Burger is still an ok choice. The patties are thin and cooked well, and the toppings are fresh. The fries are also good - crispy and salty. It's worth it for a quick, meal.
To start the food is just a california dream when your out of state and can't have it. But to be honest it's pretty over hyped. It's just your basic burger fry and a drink. The one thing I do like is it's pretty affordable. All in all happy to able to have some in and out but admittedly there are better places.This location in particular is hit or miss on the customer service. At times they'll go above and beyond to make it an enjoyable experience. At other times I feel they get frustrated with my family. It's understandable to get frustrated when 2 grown ups and 4 kids are all yelling for different things, but I feel they could be more professional about it.
Nice location with plenty of on parking. Staff is friendly and efficient but that is always true at an In-N-Out Burger. Food is served quickly and always tastes great.
The line here was long but it went fairly fast. The fries were piping hot and perfectly cooked. The burger fresh and delicious.
The order taker that attended me (an Asian woman) smiled a genuine smile. I like real smiles.I went in because I had seen a YouTube video that mentioned Animal Style Fries (fries with grilled onions and melted American cheese on top) (I forgot to take a photo), something I didn't know they offered. They were awesome but the portion was tiny. Their tea is delicious, as strong as I like it.
This location is always busy. The drive through line was moving but was super long. I usually park and go inside because the overall time is about half that of driving the car through the line. The food is always as expected which is part of the reason the place is so busy all the time. And true to form, all employees were wearing face coverings but only half of the customers standing in line (inside) wore masks.
We had hamburgers, fries and a strawberry shake. As usual everything was exceptionally great. We love In-N-Out.
Blocking traffic and the amount of pollution created by all these idling cars. I love in n out, but you guys need to expand. Double the size of your restaurant. Charge more, don't shrink the products....
You all know the food so I'll talk about this location. Located in a big strip mall the line can wrap around the parking lot awkwardly.Luckily the staff is out in force and able to take orders early and serve customers quickly.
