We Love this place! Great fresh food, friendly staff, excellent beer choices....

Ginza is always a great place for dinner or lunch. Good prices and good food. Great sushi and good non- sushi options. We will always keep coming back.

We’ve been going here for years. Great food, great location. The oysters my husband ordered looked amazing! I don’t eat oysters but he sure loved them.

THIS PLACE IS GREAT...I would go as far as saying the BEST in Fullerton! The staff is friendly, the sushi is AMAZING and the prices are a steal. I love the regular/family type atmosphere. They are attentive and quick. I LOVE THIS PLACE. If you haven't tried it, go for it..you will not be disappointed.

I've been going to Ginza Sushi since 2013... The quality had been consistently good throughout the years... Fresh Sushi served all the time with a great selection from the menu... 2 days ago I went and had their Toro Sashimi again and as usual, it was as creamy as you can imagine Toro tuna to be... Mr. Nipon is a real craftsman and the serving looked just as yummy as it tastes... I've tried many Sushi restaurants before but Ginza is a cut above the rest... My little daughter is a real Sushi fan and she doesn't want to go anywhere else but Ginza... If you want really really great Sushi or Sashimi, head towards Ginza... The staff has their heart in it and will go out of their way to make sure that you get the best experience... The prices are so very reasonable f and the quality is impeccable... I recommend it to anyone who enjoys it...

Good sushi. My favorite was the dream roll. There was nothing over the top amazing about this place to deserve 5 stars. The service was pleasant and we did not have to wait too long for our rolls. There was a horrible fish odor upon entering the restaurant. It was so off putting that the waitress had to light an incense. This in turn filled the restaurant with scented smoke and fish odor. Mmmm! Yummy! She had to open the door to defuse the smell and smoke.

Great variety, nice thick pieces of fish, either sushi or sashimi, good selection of rolls, and plenty of parking.

I have been eating sushi all over CA & the country for too many years I care to enumerate & this is some of the best I’ve eaten in a while! My cousin, who lives in the area, recommended it while visiting my mom and we weren’t disappointed! We had the sour patch roll, Boston roll and Dynamite between the two of us. Loved it so much I’m going back tonight with my son….enjoy!

Fish is always fresh!

We came for lunch. They open at noon. Staff was friendly. We ordered a California roll, a black dragon roll, a new York roll, a 911 roll and a surf and turf roll. All the rolls were good and decent sized. The surf and turf has this sour sauce that compliments the meat well. The main differences between the new York roll and the surf and turf roll was that the new York roll had a crisper bite of meat on the roll. The surf and turf meat was more tender and the sauce on the surf and turf was more sour/citrus. The garlic edamame was amazing!
