The server today had an attitude problem poor customer service. Tried the beef birria tacos, expensive not original for Mexican food. Had better tacos at Bengue's on Orangethorp for a lot less. ?

We walked into a clean establishment. We were givem great customer service even behind the mask. We felt it. Good food as always. Will drive here to this location even though we have one closer to us.
I ordered a large delivery from 1.5 miles down the road. My large family salad was a small handful of oxidized lettuce and wet chips. Full size price, small size lame sauce, full sized diss apt There were some inconsistencies between what I order and received
Good customer service, food was good, order was correct. I like that they still have their combo menu for a cheap price. Oh, and they have their dining room open!
El Pollo Loco DEFINITELY knows how to do chicken right . . . NEVER overcooked, and ALWAYS juicy and flavorful . . . LOVE their burritos, as well as their chicken meals . . . can't go wrong, here . . . and really enjoy using the app to order in advance.
