I ordered a chicken quesadilla and there is no chicken in it. Adding chicken to the quesadilla is more expensive than the quesadilla itself. The cheese isn’t even melted. I’ve tried calling over and over for the past 5 minutes - no answer. Not happy at all.Also, their side door blew open once and scratched my car and they did absolutely nothing about it. Clearly don’t give a **** there.
Ordered through the Drive-thru and that was the last time i ever come to this location. The chicken is always overcooked, but the most upsetting is that the sauces were terrible. The house salsa is rotten, I mean you can see as the lid is slightly inflated, and as soon as you open the little container, he rotten smell comes right out, and avocado salsa is so water down, it doesn't taste like avocado, it taste like oil and serranos only. Yuck. The portions of the sides, I got a pinto beans and a broccoli and the beans were half the container. I mean, we are paying for half the food. Manager really needs to inspect quality of food before it is served to customers. I am so disappointed in this location.
Came to try the new shredded beef Birria Tacos that's available to El Pollo Loco reward members! Sneak peak I guess.Got the 2 taco Birria meal which comes with 2 beef Birria tacos, consumé dipping sauce, tortilla chips, and salsa. Drink not included. Meal is $8.29 which I find a bit pricey but that's the cost of trying something new!It was pretty good for a fast food place. The shredded beef was tender and flavorful. The taco was deep fried like how they do it with Jack in the Box tacos. The consumé dip was a bit salty but still paired very well with the tacos. I recommend trying it! I wish I would have gotten the stuffed quesadilla instead though but I chose tacos as that's the classic traditional way to have Birria. Will try Birria quesadilla next timeStaff was really nice. I mean the person who rung me up and prepared my order. This store wears face masks but they do not wear gloves. They should!!! Please wear gloves!
This is the second time in the last two weeks I ate here one time was burn and dry my chicken and other time was raw the chicken. The owner needs to put attention in the business..you have a bad management.
I have visited many Pollo Locos in the past and by far this has been the best one that I have visited so far. The outside of this Pollo Loco restaurant looks badass. I was helped by a cashier named NATHAN, he gave me quality customer service. The food was well prepared and it tasted really well. I had a very pleasant dining experience and definitely recommend this place to anyone.
I ordered the taquitos dose locos salad, only 2 taquitos, the avocado & tomatoes tasted old!
It says 10:00 open. It's 10:30,still not open. This happened about 2 months ago too. Probably did me a favor,half the time the chicken is so dry it's like leather. Whoever's managing this place needs to be replaced.
Food was fine but tried to order o line and do curbside pick up. Clicked the button that we arrived sat there for more than 15 minutes with no acknowledgement (they seemed busy, I had my phone to play with...) finally went in and waited another 5-10 minutes to tell them I was there and then more than 10-15 for them to prepare my order... Again food was fine, and they were definitely hopping for a Monday night but if you can't handle curbside, don't offer it...
Forget about trying to do delivery because half of the menu doesn’t even show up on the delivery apps like Grubhub or Uber eats. Curbside pickup you’ll up needing to go inside and grab your food because no one ever comes out to deliver it. Ordering for pickup through the app? Good luck they couldn’t even find my order even after it was marked as completed. A lot of the time the chicken is dry, so no points for them there. One star because they’re not rude, 2 because I still end up getting my food.
Time says 10:33 app Says open at 10am, sign says open but they are closed. Update your hours so people don’t waste their time.
