I ordered 3 double chicken bowls that cost me 35 dollars.I will never buy double chicken bowl again there were no chunks of chicken anywhere in all 3 chicken bowls that cost me 35 dollars. It was all rice and beans with shredded chicken. If I buy a double chicken Bowl there should be loaded with chicken not bit and pieces of shredded chicken
Pozole pretty good.Taco salad yuck. Chicken ? had bad flavor.Shrimp tacos ? terrible. Shrimp tough & had an awful taste ?. Won't be going there anymore.I don't know what they've changed, but it's not good. It's in the spices.
Pleasant workers but I was surprised how much smaller the original chicken tostada was incl not much chicken. Know everyone is downsizing. Sad
Food has gone down the drain with customer service, and food quality sucks.
I came here and I order through the app I got there my order was ready but the girl on the counter keep ignoring me after I said I was here for a pick up i waited for 10 mins i just walk out and left the food there honestly worse experience ever
El pollo loco, they seriously make the best chicken. You may have to wait in line a bit longer, but the food is fantastic. I visit at least twice a month. I cant get enough of their BRC burritos and a side of chicken breast to add to my burrito as well as a side of mashed potatoes. Definitely my go to el pollo loco. Their new cilantro ranch is bomb too it's a must try on anything. Check it out
I came here to eat at 920pm and it was locked. the manager (guy with glasses) was eating with some girl inside (customer) like he was on a date. I guess he closed the place early for some alone time with her. definitely not coming here again
Been here a few times because it's close to my work. They never give you the extra sauce you ask and pay for and sometimes the chicken is super charred and tough. Other than that it's pretty good. Hit or miss really.
Pulled up into the drive-thru line at 3:20. By 3:45 the line had only moved one car space up.This El Pollo loco has always had super slow service but this is utterly ridiculous. Corporate should fire existing management and bring in competent management. I do NOT blame the employees, this is a failure of leadership. Maybe if you invested in your staff by giving them better pay, you would retain staffing and get better service.When I lined up in the drive through there were 8 cars in front of me including the car at the window. When I pulled out of line and drove off 20 minutes later there were still seven cars in front of me.Might as well go to a sit-down restaurant and get your money's worth if you're going to waste an hour in line.
Love the flavor of the chicken at El Pollo Loco. The avocado salsa is delicious and the guacamole is very good. We drove away from the drive-thru window before we got our guacamole and the girl who served us ran out to catch our car. She was awesome and a fast runner :)
