The food was decent, but the price was ridiculous. Perhaps I am used to the portions I get at Eggworks in Las Vegas, but this place is in California. I had an omelet with chorizo and some vegetables and a side of sweet potato fries. My cousin had a steak and eggs plate. My husband had an omelet with goat cheese, tomatoes, and spinach. My husband and I halfed our omelets and shared, and that combination gave us the bubble guts making us rush to the bathroom. Lol. I was disappointed that they had onions mixed in with their hash browns, and I couldn't get the hash browns since I don't like onions. They said it is already mixed in, and that I could just pick out the onions. Really?!?! No thanks. That is why I ended up getting the sweet potato fries. I spent $115 for four dishes, two coffees, and a decent tip. I have never paid that much for breakfast for 4 adults. Eggworks and Griddlecakes have better food that this place and are not as expensive.
I usually never write reviews, but I am so highly disappointed in this place that I would give 0 Stars if I could. I've never had issues with my food, so I'm not sure what happened today. I ordered the carnitas chilaquiles that come with eggs, cheese, onion, and cilantro. Today, I got none of that. Just the chilaquiles and carnitas. If I am paying $20 for a plate, I expect to get everything that comes with it. I understand if things run out, especially on a holiday, but I would have appreciated the courtesy of having been told, and then I could atleast order something else. I would give them the benefit of the doubt because it is a holiday, however this place is always busy, so I know they can work under high stress.
The service was great, and the food was awesome. Depending on the time of day you may have a wait to be seated.
This place is so good there's almost always a line even during COVID. I could rave for days but I'll just say go for brunch, & reserve on Yelp... thank me later. I'll let the pic talk... for more check out my previous visits...
First-timer here at Early Bird, and it was absolute fire! I got the “Dutch Waffle” with blueberries and whipped cream. Of course, you had to add syrup! Also, I knew I needed a little more, so I added a side of over-medium eggs and hash browns (onion, garlic, and cheddar cheese) extra crispy.I will be coming back for more! The food was delicious, and the service was on point. Thank you to the server, Javier, for being on point. ???
The blueberry waffle is to die for. The hash browns are not your classic recipe but it is my favorite recipe. Highly recommend you order these 2 items. The staff is always good. This place is always busy so expect to wait unless you get on the list before you get there. Which I highly recommend. Enjoy!
Do not do take out. I'm sure all 3 of our meals would have been far better handled if served in house but we did a take out order that we picked up ourselves. Everything was beyond cold hard and near unetible. We might give the place another shot for dine in, maybe. But we certainly do not recommend nor will we ever try take out again.
We found this in close proximity to where we were visiting. It was a delight! The omelette were fresh and scrumptious with toast and choice of hash browns, potatoes or salad. The service was stellar and though they were busy we were not rushed and told to take our time. The coffee was of good quality and there was a choice of whole milk, almond milk or half and half. We were early birds and we were winners too!

The food was delicious! I’m a pescatarian so I need a variety of options, healthy ones preferred. The staff was very welcoming on a very busy, raining Tuesday morning. The restaurant was clean, staff immediately and kindly greeted us. The restrooms were clean as well, stocked with restroom tissue, drying towels, soap, toilet seat covers, and a clean floor. Ana, our waitress, Was very attentive, helpful and decision making, knowledgeable of products being sold, and multitasking without us feeling neglected.
