I normally go and order take out without any issues. Today however they forgot boba in my taro drink which is normally no big deal. It’s how they handled it after I told them they forgot my boba. One of them immediately got on the defense and said “that’s because you didn’t order it” I paused to remember and I did for sure and it was reflected in the extra cost I paid. The lid was also not sealed fully causing the drink to spill. Even after I told them about the spill they didn’t seem to care so I just told the next customer not to step on it. Even after they put the boba in there was no apology, as if it was me giving them trouble. Anyways a bad vibe probably won’t be going back. Hire better people.
First time ever coming here and let me say I loved it!! The drinks are HUGE!! and the honey boba is so good!!! I got a Thai Tea with boba and it was $6 so pricing is pretty good as well. (Esspeically for the size of the drink!!). They also sell rice dogs which is so exciting as theres not a lot of places that sell those in the area. I haven't tried them from this location yet but I'll definitely update once I do!! They have some board and card games available as well as a big TV so you can watch movies (they were playing Eternals when I visited!!!). The young lady working there was so sweet and helpful. I believe her name was Giselle. She was super informed on their menu and she was overall just displaying wonderful customer service. I will certainly be visiting again!Update: I came back for the rice dogs, ordered two, and it was raw inside :(( definitely disappointed and won't be ordering those again but the boba was still pretty good so I may come back another time just for that.Update pt.2: they gave me a full refund and were very apologetic! I appreciate the great customer service offered after I had this issue!
Ding Tea is my go to drink spot! The staff is always super friendly and the drinks are always so good!!

Not great. Our tea was disgusting. The girl taking the order seemed so confused and got our order wrong. She was also not great at customer service and was somewhat rude. Our order was wrong and my drink was missing a topping. Won’t be returning. Does not compare to the ding tea at the source.
Tea was just okay. Location needs some works. I was the only customer in the store and spent about 10 minutes drinking my mediocre tea. Workers were not doing much. Chairs and tables were unkept. I know with covid a lot of places are understaffed but the employees could have easily taken a moment to push in chairs and wipe down tables.
My wife has been hooked on these teas for about a year now. We use to live in area and it was the go to drink solution!
My drink is always made quickly. Super nice atmosphere. If you can't find parking on the street, you can park in the garage. My daughter says they have the best juice and they definitely have the best brown sugar milk tea!
Good service.Very weak tea taste. More like light syrup drink with ice. The Boba was not Q, the sweeter tasted cheap.
