05.28.2022This is my first time in California and last night we got in late from an overnight flight and were hungry so we finally found this place was open. There was a Taco Bell across the street but since we have Taco Bell in south florida we wanted to try something new, so we tried this place. Similar menu to a Taco Bell. The Food was good however the service from the lady was horrible i am traveling with my friends who speak not only english but spanish and she made comments under her breath both while still at the drive thru speaker and again at the window, very unprofessional, i felt. Interesting note however i have never see crinkle fries as a side at a latino style food place before, but it was good and hot.
Super good.What you see is what you get.Never a let down.Better than Taco Bell.Chicken soft tacos = poor man’s hallal guys.Eat up!
If I could I would give them a "0" ! The food maybe good but the lack of customer service/professionalism from the staff and management is a tremendous issue at this location. Not only was the order incorrect, food was missing. Rather then providing accommodations or apologizes. Over charges were made! Staff and management felt it was appropriate to make rude comments in another language assuming I would not understand. Perhaps the company should consider reevaluating the hiring process.
It's my favorite fast food restaurant and I have had it for years
Del Taco on Placentia Ave has best food, Del tacos and quesadillas were fresh and filled my family & I up. Tacos were meaty, french fries were still warm and had the right amount of salt. Drive thru is spacious and it's an easy drive up & drive out, ample room in a perfect location Staff super friendly, quick and best of all my napkins were in a separate bag away from my fries...I love it! Definitely love that they still have old menu so I can always order my family's favorites, thanks & this DT rocks!☺?
Five cars ahead of us and it went fairly smoothly. Received our order less than 10 minutes.
I usually love coming here late night and grabbing all sorts of tasty bites bites but tonight I was severely disappointed with the guy working in the window It seemed like he didn't care at all about my order I asked for a $6 sampler combo and all I got was a burrito in a sprite Next time take some time and listen to what the people order because now I'm really disappointed and hungry and it's 3:30 in the morning Bring back the sweet lady that works at the evening time cause she kills it always
Tacos were fresh, lettuce was crisp, taco beef was well seasoned,, hot sauce was just the right amount of spicy :)
Best Del Taco visit ever!! I love their Dollar menu. Food is not the best, but the price makes it more than fair. You get what you pay for. Service was excellent!
Place had some solid fish tacos, properly crispy & the fries were great. Heads up, one of the entrances are opposite of the drive through & parking..no signs telling you that.Have a good one.
