Food is typical. Taste the same as always.CUSTOMER SERVICE that's another freaking story. The manager is rude, condescending and not pleasant at all.When I order two separate orders I don't want the orders mixed and matched. Ok so their excuse ( they mixed the orders) but no I checked both bags and my chicken tacos weren't in either bag and not mixed in like she rudely said. Look woman I paid for something and you didn't provide it so don't be mad when I come back in and court l correct my order that I paid for. If you don't like your job or people maybe get tf out of customer service!
THIS LOCATION IS AN EXTREME SAFETY CONCERN. We went inside for once instead of through the drive-thru, and one of the employees was wrapping burritos, grabbing lettuce, and grabbing meat with NO GLOVES and bare hands. She put gloves on once we asked her to, but got frustrated when we asked her to remake our food. I don’t know how this is allowed, and I can’t imagine how many people have been served food that’s been touched by bare hands. This location needs to go through food safety training.

if I could give this store a zero I would. on 12/22/21 at 5:52 p.m. I had an experience with the most rudest gangster talking eye rolling money throwing lip smacking customer service agency I ever seen. people should understand to leave their problems at the door especially if they're working for a company. this lady didn't care if there were kids in the car or not and that's what ticks me off the most. please work your problems out before you come to work and take it out on the customers. there's a million del tacos I won't be returning to that one. buy earmuffs for your kids if you're visiting that del Taco. rude rude rude

I don't understand why this Del taco is still closed for dine 8n the entire franchise has open up but this one remains closed It would be nice to sit down I side to have a meal like every other business in the area

You can't really get taco and burrito as good as the ones you can find in the US, here in Canada. So whenever we are in the US, feels like we are stuffing ourselves with various tacos from various places ? We love hopping places to try the differ tacos (especially) and burritos.My husband likes the crunchy taco of Del Taco, I prefer the soft taco. Boys tho, they don't mind either, however they prefer the quesadilla ?
