This location sucks. The sweet cream ice cream taste like it wasn't mixed well when the batch was being made or went bad idk but it's not what it used to be. Also got a cake batter shake and it did not taste like cake batter it taste like french vanilla. So disappointed, the price does not match to the quality anymore.
Worst customer service I have ever seen!! For a cold stones place this was beyond horrible! If I can get it zero Stars I would I'd even give a negative if I could. If you're having a good day don't waste your time going here don't waste your money they overcharge for toppings if you ask for a small size she puts it in a large size and still charges you for this large size get your order completely wrong even though it's right in front of you smallest scoops and they don't have a limit to how many people they can have in there they don't have social distancing stickers people were super rude it was super hot in there and the ice cream was already melting. This place is a disaster!!!!!! OR JUST GO TO MICHIACANAS!!!!
Fun experience the nice lady behind the counter explained how it worked because it was my first time there and the ice cream tastes great. I think it was french vanilla with chocolate chip, cookie dough, fudge, and carmel. She was nice and I enjoyed it. Will definitely go back. :)

came in at about 9-10 minutes before the store closed with my girlfriend and the employees were significantly nicer than they needed to be while assisting usemployees here are likely owed better money because they do good here

Worst customer service. Girl was so unhappy couldn’t even fake a “ have a good rest of your day. “ at least. this place needs to either hire new people that actually want to work and give good customer service or talk to there employees about good customer service.
Coldstone is good. Just not this Coldstone.

It’s crazy how one person can make you go out of your way to leave a bad review! I haven’t had cold stone in a while and decided to go get some, but my happy mood was immediately turned around as I got a girl with horrible customer service. I wish the manager would please remind their employees about good customer service and what that entails!!! It certainly doesn’t require eye rolling for asking to substitute a topping, and continue with a bad attitude!If people don’t want to work giving smiles and good customer service go get yourself a quiet cubicle job!!!
