Top notch guest service!My food was ready as I walked to a table, the young person, who brought me the food asked if I needed anything else. I said no but thanks, he circled the dining area, and got back to me, asked me if I needed more sauce or anything. It was not busy, and I was able to enjoy my meal!
Placed a mobile order and had to wait 10 minutes to receive my food. Came in with multiple people who’s orders were fulfilled before mine, watched people literally walk in place and order and get their food prior to myself and I ordered 2 things. I normally get really great customer service from chick fil a but this one left me a horrible experience and I won’t be back.
Today may 11,2022 around 8:30 am I drop my daughter's to school and I redeem a cup of coffee (mobile order) to my closest chick fille it happen to be the one in Fullerton and they just made my day , they made me feel special, what a great feeling, I live like 3 min away from the one In la Habra and from now on I will try to come more often to this Fullerton location.I wish I could had his name so I could posted here and he can get some credits.Excellent customer service ?
Fast and friendly service. Order was accurate. Food was fresh. A manager walked by to check how we're doing and asked if he could help refill our drinks. It was a great experience overall.
Super polite! Food is always good and the order is always correct. I have had breakfast and dinner here. Getting in an out of this parking lot can be tricky but it's worth it and you get served fast
Surprised I had a bad experience today getting dinner for my family. Two issues with my order #1 forgetting an item causing me to drive back #2 whoever took my order messed up and 2 items were wrong; a club sandwich they put as a regular sandwich and 12 count regular nugget they put as grilled nuggets . I didn’t notice that it said grilled nuggets until after they gave me the order . Letting them know it was supposed to be regular they wouldn’t fix it and I had to pay for another 12 nuggets. I’m so Upset that I had to pay $ again for someone’s mistake on Messing up my order…. I felt robbed . I’m honestly not going back to this location they lost me as a customer . Even tho they are closer to me I’ll be going to another location that’s a bit farther .. hoping that I don’t have an issue like I did here again. Also the lady who helped me when I went back told me I was the one who ordered wrong …. No lady your employee who took my order is the one who messed up . rude to point the finger at me when I know I ordered right .
Good food fast service but lady at the window had a smart mouth. Needs to be trained better to handle customer service. I didn't know asking for ketchup was a big ordeal.
I usually stop here to grab breakfast before heading over to Disneyland for a day in the park. The lady working the drive-thru is really nice and pleasant. She tries very hard to spread happiness! Save time and order ahead on the mobile app. One time, I made the mistake of parking and going inside to pick up my mobile order. This plaza can get a lot of traffic in the parking lot during lunch time and can make it a long wait for a gap to back out your car. The food has always been great. Every now and then, they'll forget the salsa packet for my hash brown scramble bowl. Thankfully, the food is still good without it!
Chick fil a at this location is always really fast even though it seems really busy, which it usually is I'm still in and out quickly! Never had a problem with their food it's always delicious. Their frys seem rushed every once in a while and seem like they could be crispier at those times but again overall this place has been nothing short of amazing. They also have a really cool app you can actually move up tiers and earn more rewards and end up voting for things once in a while. Highly recommended
