These guys will take your order and tell you 25 minutes. I waited 40 and they didn't even tell my my order was ready. I had to get up and ask, then the staff member lied to my face saying it was just made despite pulling it from the already made shelf. The fries and wings were barely even warm. I was able to get a refund easily, but when I asked for the staff name (for the online survey) they told me all names were confidential and that they could not give out names. This location is the worst one in Fresno and they blatantly lie to your face. Never even got an apology for the cold food.
Never again. We've tried them for delivery a dozen or so times over the last year. Every single time they have failed to deliver what is ordered. Items are constantly missing. Tonight, ordered 20 wings, three large thigh bites, and a fries. They delivered the fries and one thigh bites pack. Missing literally 80% of the order. Their response when we called? An offer of store credit or a refund of the items not delivered, while still being charged for delivery and the one thing they did deliver.If this was a one off thing, that would be forgivable, or at least excusable. Mistakes happen. But I can't remember a single time they've gotten an order completely correct, and the sheet magnitude of this complete failure to do their job is just completely unacceptable. The one good thing about this is is finally enough to say never again. I just wish I learned to simply never go here sooner and saved myself this aggravation
I ordered 4 regular sized thigh pieces with 2 flavors. They put all 4 in 1 box. When we questioned the order when we picked it up. They said it’s all there. When I got home. 1 flavor of 2 orders had a total of 10 thigh pieces. Which means if they hadn’t put it together. I would have only got 5 pieces per order. I’ve ordered these before. This is 1/4 of the amount they usually give. When I called to question the order all I got was an attitude from a lady that said was the manager
Unfortunately they gave me the wrong order when i picked up from my online order even though i gave my first and last name. And they told me i would get a refund and i never received my refund. Unfortunately i couldnt drive back to return my food because i just did a quick stop there toward driving home 3 hours away. Wasnt gonna waste my breath calling constantly either.
I always enjoy wingstop yesturday was just as good. thank you for always serving fresh food.

Great spot but be prepared to wait because they are always busy.Make sure you order either online, through the app, or ahead of time because it will save you some time and always ask for the time frame.
Chicken was as good as ever, ordered on line was told 38-43 minutes to be ready. I got there at 40 minutes. Finally ready at 58 minutes.
