Managers need to hire better employees! My husband went in tonight and placed an order that the employees never started to make! The person who took his order never gave the cook the ticket, my husband waited for an hour before he said something. Employees were rude about it and only offered a free drink and a brownie. It should've been a discount! Never again.
This wingstop has a habit of not putting enough sauce on their wings. The mild flavor was disgusting this time, and if you look closely at the picture, the wings were dipped heavily in oil.
Did an online order and my boneless wings were not cooked all the way. When I called to complain person put me on hold and never responded to me.
If you are just ordering wings there are great , but DO NOT order fries here they will give super little portions.
Normally my customer service experience at this store is fantastic. Star, Michael, Cassidy, and others have always treated me so kindly. Even the manager came out and talked with me a couple times. Today was a different experience. I worked with Anthony and he is the polar opposite from what I experienced before. Rude, unenthusiastic, and does not care about the customers. On top of that, missed items on my order. Tried calling but no one was answering. I will be sticking to ordering at night where I know I will get all my items and won’t leave feeling like a burden. I work in customer service and never have I experienced something like that.
my experiences in this restaurant are very bad! They always forget something about my order always and apart they tell you 45 minutes and apart when you arrive for your order they tell you wait 10 more minutes and it takes 20 more very bad service yes, they can not take so many orders the employees take to long
We loved it there. Cuisine very delectable. Staff was amazing. Highly recommended.
This spot is very busy and They will try to have your order ready as quick as possible come here aften never had a problem w my order and if it will take long they will estimate close to the real wait time
Honestly the food came out really good and it was relatively fast. Kinda messed up on my order at first by giving me the wrong food but it was good regardless when I got mine. Would go back
