Loved the food!!! Customer Service Was horrible below 0!!!! Today was my father's 64th bday. He's a public figure and a pastor in the City Of Fresno Ca. We were there when the doors opened at 11am. The hostess were horrible there were so many tables being that it had just opened they said it was going to be 20 min wait. One of the clerks said they can just sit down and wait. Like as if we were below the bottom of the food chain. The other 2 blondes were just staring. My father walks around the restaurant and there's tons of empty seating in the main part. As he goes back to the check in podium area they are seating multiples of 4s, 5s, groups. I had a party of 7 but asked for 2 separate tables that we could sit next to each other if not at 1 table. Finally the Asian manager lady comes and seats us on the other side of the restaurant where no one was. It was like white people separated from African Americans. I like to be very detailed. I did address her about the dissatisfied service. And I asked is this the customer service you provide for all customers? At the end of it all I was just happy my father could and his church members who arrived soon after could enjoy a great meal throughout the poor service. Other than the wobbly table we sat at near the back door near patio side of restaurant.
We were looking for a place to eat after hiking the sequoias of the Giant's Forest Grove in the morning and the sequoias of the Mariposa Grove in the afternoon. This was the perfectly place spot just off Hwy 41 in Fresno. They allowed our group of 14 to get a reservation and had a space for us in a small back room. As for the food, it was awesome. I love BBQ and I had the meat 3 ways, ribs and pulled pork. It was one of my favorite meals of the trip. Service was good with food but a little slow with checks. Still this place was incredible for our party of 14.
I do not order salmon when i go out to eat but man this was a good one... i love it. Perfect flavor.
we were in this restaurant because there was an amazing smell from afar, we didn't expect that we would not be able to eat them because the portion is really big! A unfortunately, we only stayed here for one night, if I had stayed longer, I would definitely visit this place more than once. I recommend, you can really enjoy and spend time with good food.
Nice vibes and good food .. I love how open the kitchen is ..food was great only down part was our spicy chicken sandwich bun was burnt but that didn't stop us from trying it ..
It was my husband and I 1st time eating there.We waited maybe 15 min.Our waiter which his name was Dallas.I won't forget because the day before Superbowl I was dressed in Niner gear which Dallas was a Dallas fan we had fun with that.Thumbs up to Dallas as we had excellent service and we will be back.Prices were great food was very tasty.
