This place is the best place on earth it's such a fun atmosphere and the decorations are amazing and unique. The desert is undescribable it's so delicious and the merchandise they sell is amazing to! This will definitely be the first desert place on the list. The owners to also so nice! We were sitting outside and they were out there and they were conversational and amazing nice people 10/10
We had the best time coming here! The snow was AMAZING, the atmosphere is so fun, and the portions are perfect! Spoke with one of the owners and she was so sweet and friendly! We will definitely being putting this in our dessert routine!
Oh my gosh, first time here and I got a crunchata and it was absolutely delicious!!!? if your an horchata lover like myself, you won’t be disappointed!!!? can’t wait to take my husband here!
Love this place! Reminds me a bit of the shave ice Hawaii. Super fun signature dishes and the owners are super sweet. We will be back
Really delicious! I had one with chocolate ice cream in the middle which was the perfect balance between creamy ice cream and shaved ice. Definitely will come back
Place needs to do a better job owning their mistakes. The last time I was there, my son received a sour base on his shaved ice which was incorrect. We brought the mistake to their attention and they acknowledged their mistake (including the owner) but did not offer to make it right which was really disappointing.We were regulars since the business first opened but that incident left a bad taste in our mouth (literally). Please take this review as an opportunity to improve. Thanks!
Best Shaved ice/snow I've had!
The boss is extremely rude to his younger employees and uses foul language towards them. There was also a time that when I seen a roach crawling on the counter, but one of the employees moved in front of it so I couldn’t see it.
Friendly staff, I was trying something new, found a fun and tasty treat. I definitely will be coming back
Great sweet treat if you don't want something really sweet and rich. Ice is smooth and refreshing. They even make this stuff in a banana split. Great way to replace ice cream if you're looking for something non dairy.
