Food overall was good, but not great. The broth, however was very good. The service was very slow. I waited with an empty coke glass for 10 minutes and finally alerted the waiter, and they were not busy. The restaurant was very clean and I would try other menu items, but this place ranks low for restaurants I want to re-visit.

I ordered online for pick up at 3, for my lunch brake. They started making it at 3.And took 25 minutes, Not a good place for lunch if you have to go back to work

Extremely good! We had ramen, fried soba, sushi rolls, fried rice and the salmon dish. Everything was delicious. Be careful - some of the sushi rolls are gigantic. Very nice wait staff, and everything was nice and clean.

The best rolls and ramen in Fresno, not just downtown. Try the Oh Sweet Tuna roll!

Noodles were great and they did a good job with their build out. Lots of to go orders and online ordering so staff had their hands full.

Ramen are highly recommend here. They place is decent size but can fit a large group too. The restaurant is quite off street so you need to pay attention to see it

I paid $60 for ramen and sushi. The sushi was alright but the ramen was trash. It had no flavor besides burnt chicken. Once the burnt pieces started coming off of the chicken the whole bowl tasted burnt ?

They have a Christmas parade every year that goes along the street right in front of the restaurant. We happen to be there December 11th when this parade is going. It was a happy surprise to be able to eat and watch the parade through their front window. As far as the location goes, walking in is very calm and relaxed atmosphere. We were comfortable to take our child with us, even though it was a bar.We ordered drinks and some appetizers first. Then after about an hour we finally flagged down our waitress to order the rest of our food. She said that they're still waiting on the appetizers and walked away without getting the rest of our order. After another 20 minutes we flagged her down again and said we wanted to order actual food. She sighed and begrudgingly took down our order. When our food did come it was absolutely scrumptious. Highly recommend the calamari with jalapeno! The Roman was pretty average... but everyone loves ramen, so no complaint here. Honestly, if it weren't for the terrible customer service, I would have rated this a little bit higher.

My first experience with Toshiko's and they DID NOT disappoint. The robust flavor of the Spicy Seafood coupled with the smooth texture of the noodles and added seafood variety will certainly make me a repeat customer. Observing the chefs was a joy because you could see that they each have a passion for what they do.

Went to try this place for lunch, nobody ahead of me, tables were available outside, lady said have a seat and someone would be out. Sat outside at table for 10 minutes, nobody came to greet me, leave menu or water, another person was already sitting outside prior to me and had not been waited on. Left and won’t be back!
