My family loves eating here. The chicken strip are good and they have a huge variety of sauces. The funny thing about this place is that the French fries are the star of the show instead of the chicken for me. These are hands down the best fast food shoe string potatoes. The sides are no joke either. My husband loves their Mac and cheese and the fudge brownie is really good.My favorite thing so far however is actually the chili cheese fries. It's my favorite junk food and TBH these are the best chili cheese fries in the valley from any fast food place. My only regret was not buying the large size. If I weren't civilized I would have stabbed my husband with my fork instead of sharing.
Nothing like downtown location, very disappointed in food quality and service. Chicken was very dry, thrown together from a distance, and not freshly prepared. Not to mention bad attitude from customer service representative. They also charged me two dollars for ranch because its not a sauce. WHAT? Chicken tenders should come with ranch if I prefer it over other sauce, and my chicken fries should have had ranch on them, right? Also chicken fries should not be hidden under 1/2" of Buffalo sauce. Fries were soggy and disgusting. Do I have to credit them with one star? I will not return to this location.
This is the 4th Chicken Shack location I’ve been to & it’s closest to my house. The food was really good, fresh, hot and cooked perfectly. We always get the same thing, 5 piece chicken fingers and chili cheese fries. My husband agreed the taste was really good. Hopefully they get their permit to sell beer soon. Definitely will come back to this location.
The fries were good. But they give you 1 sauce for 5 strips. There pretty big. 1 sauce isnt enough. I asked or a extra 1 and they charge another 99cent. You spend $16.01 and they can't give you a extra sauce. This will keep me from eating there again. The service was really slow. I was kind of surprised how slow it was.
Make sure you are rating the correct location! There are 2 Chicken Shacks, one in downtown and one in Riverside shopping center on Herndon and 99.We went to the new one on Herndon and 99 and it was so good! The place is brand new so everything is clean and new and the staff is nice. We ordered our food and it was brought to us a couple minutes later. We ordered the 3 piece meal and the pieces where so big and comes with a lot of yummy fries and a drink, totally worth it.
A big thank you to the crew tonight. The service was perfect. The young lady who took our order had great customer service. The cooks got our order out in record time and it was delicious! The dining room was clean and maintained. It was obvious that tonight’s crew works well together and creates amazing customer service.Thank you for a great meal tonight. We’ll see you again soon!
The staff was so nice and the wings were cooked perfectly. The sauces that I had were so so good. The grizzly garlic is my absolute favorite. I had my son try it and he loved it. Great job guys.
I have been here a few times and each time something was wrong . I’m frustrated with the fact I order chicken and sauce . Got home and there was no sauce . So I had to go all the way back . Was not even given a sorry . As others have said , I think there needs to be more training. I think the business owner is not doing a good job making sure the employees are getting the training they need . It will eventually make people not come back .
Very first time trying this place. Kept hearing their chicken is sooooo good. Well...... the fact that I had to add salt on my chicken for flavor tells me they lied or had a very bad bash! The food was very blan, chicken was dry. The dip was ok and for the price of this food I will not return. Was really hoping to give a 4 to 5 star. Only gave the 1 star because the staff was super nice! I don't understand what the big hype is. Ate one strip and was done. Almost 40 bucks for 2 plate down the drain. Was hoping for good food and got robbed.
I can't believe I paid 11.49 for two little grilled chicken tenders on a bun with cheese melted on it and we were charged extra for the cheese. This was just one item in our order for a family of 4. The chicken wrap was not a good choice either. I know there are supply issues but don't sell subpar food and expect people to keep coming back. If it doesn't look like the picture, then just take it off the menu, temporarily. I'd be disappointed if it was not available, but right now, I'm just mad about how much I spent at your restaurant. No one can afford to make mistakes like choosing the wrong dinner, thanks to covid. I love supporting small businesses, too, this makes me sad.
