Overpriced for what you get and pretty subpar customer service. Said it would be 10 minutes from when I called in my order, got there 15 minutes later and they told me my order hadn’t been made yet as they “wait for you to get to the restaurant before making your food.” Never heard od this before but I get it. It just wouldve been nice if they had mentioned that on the phone

Tried this place for the first time at Fresyes, a must do downtown event. They are in a perfect location near Tioga Brewery and live music stage. The fries are really good, the service was great. I had the 3 chicken tender plate, good price and good food.
What a lousy experience. The place was near empty yet they took 22 minutes to bring out cold chicken and fries. They also got sauce order wrong. And Also bagged the food to go even though we asked to eat there. I regret not taking back the 2 dollar tip I left. I won't be back. And I'll tell everybody I know how incompetent they are
When they first started they were good but the food quality has slowly gone down the drain. The food comes out fast but i don't understand why the food is always cold. if u guys need more staff get it. if this continues this place aint gonna last long.
One of my fave chicken places. I love the Korean bbq sauce. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because of inconsistency with their meals. Each location varies quite a bit, and I often have issues with my orders. Aside from that, I love it.
A meal for $15 is pretty good pleanty of chicken for what you pay for the fries are good but they are really soft it would be nice if they made them a little crispy.
Chicken was bland. No flavor or seasoning. Fries were not cooked thoroughly and salted too much. Disappointing visit. Service was good.
The chicken has no flavor. Custom services sucks.. not going back after spending much money for chicken with no flavor. P.s. get someone who knows how to cook chicken. Looks like no one really has posted anything good about them since early 2021...
