How do you play a winter and had some appetizers the whiskey sampler which had chicken, shrimp & Ribs. The chicken was a little over cooked in dry the shrimp and the ribs were very good. Also had the pretzel sticks they were okay but did not taste much like a pretzel and the cheese sauce was very runny. But the best part of my day there was the Long Island Iced Tea.
Server was quick to refill hubby's drink unasked. And was patient enough with our littles. But I had to specifically request a refill. Food was very good. Server was hyped to promote the May the 4th (think Star Wars) event and hubby actually got picked for one of the raffle prizes on that night. When I came to claim the prize, on his behalf, at his request, there was a great deal of confusion. The manager tried to hand me a damaged Shazam action figure in its package (unbagged). Since we were told the prize was a T-Mobile gift bag, I was able to tell her the offering was incorrect. She returned a few minutes later with a T-mobile bag clearly labeled with my husband's name, phone number (which I had provided prior to the first 'prize' offering) and raffle ticket. I'd come back for the food, but be very vigilant when prizes are involved.
Compared to pre Covid, it was not worth it. They have raised the prices about 3x the amount of inflation, so either they are trying to gouge the public of the White House is lying to me about inflation?I thought they were closed when i got to the parking lot, it was very empty and so was the restaurant at 7:15 pm. I do not see them surviving with just 4 tables at that time of the evening. The food was definitely not worth the $20+ per plate, we talked about it and decided that was our last meal at TGI Friday's unless they turn it around somehow.Pre Covid they were running specials quite often and trying to draw in the crowds, I did not experience anything similar to that tonight. I hate to see them go but the choice is theirs, they have to do something to get us back.
It was excellent!! Our server Joey was awesome very attentive and fast in responding to our needs! He would have our drink refills out before we finished the first one! Very polite!! Excellent customer service Thank You Joey!!The food was great!! The bucket of bones was amazing!! There was a group of 12 of us and they didn't miss anything!! I would highly recommend this place!
Went on a Friday so it was a little busy. However to get service took a bit too long for my company and I. Luckily they came in with the drinks in the nick of time. The appetizers were super filling and super good. Always fills me up before my main entree.
(Party of 8 people) The Food was great, service was a little slow for drinks and food. Food took about 45 minutes. This was a Saturday so keeping that in mind, I would go back again for sure.
I usually don't bring up any race or anything when I'm posting reviews but tonight I think it's very relevant. I'm a tall brown woman I walk in tonight and I'm looking around expecting to be helped and I'm ignored 7 minutes later two older white people walk-in and they are immediately helped. A little confused of how they were seen and I was not? Thank God I was only picking up an order for GrubHub because they will never get my service
The staff worked great with me on surprising my friend with her birthday cake. I dropped it off earlier during the day, came back to finish decorating it. They communicated to our waiter and he was able to accommodate another birthday guess. Five star for them but I score the whole experience as a four because my salmon was dry and I believe my dish was missing one ingredient, the parmesan cheese.
Had the standard whiskey burger and cold beer ? with no complaints this Friday's interior is absolutely cool.
Food was good and service was good. Managers, please train your staff to use good manners. I'm 72 years old and I'm not your "babe" or your "hon". You aren't speaking to your child, a family member, or a friend. I am your customer. I was given the wrong change. When the waitress brought me the change again ( it was still wrong), she glared at me like I had been rude to her. Guess I'm not her "babe" anymore. Train your staff to have some manners and some class, please. Otherwise, the experience was good
