First time going to this establishment very good food and service. The place was very nice.

we arrived a little early for our reservation and checked in with the hostess. Upon checking us in she let us know that the A/C was out but a technician was on site and it should be fixed within an hour. It sounded ok at the time so my wife and I sat at the bar. The bartender served us some drinks and told us the air has been out since they opened but the tech was there and should have it fixed soon. 10 minutes later they sat our group. We were having dinner with a friend that is getting ready to deploy and wanted to take him out to a nice dinner before he leaves. We were served water and the waiter took our drink order. They began to bring meat to our table and we help ourselves to the side bar. 30 minutes into our dinner we are all sweating like crazy, finishing our drinks quick because it was so hot in their. We are more concerned with tryin to stay cool, that we hardly can remember if the food was good or not. It was really uncomfortable and we start to realize that the air is not going to get fixed and we either leave and hope that another restaurant in the area can squeeze us in. We decided to finish up dinner and leave. Everyone in the restaurant was uncomfortable the lady next to us even pulled her shirt up to cool off her stomach it was so hot. It seemed like the business was only worried about making money and not there clients or workers. We felt like we were lied to about the technician being there so we wouldnât leave. Our service and waiterâs were good but management couldâve done better. It was far too hot to have people in their. To top it all off our we werenât offered a discount or apologized to for having to endure the uncomfortable dinner that should have been a special occasion and enjoyed with friends. It all of our first time there and sadly m we will never go back because of the way this was handled. Very disappointed we wasted $300+ on this place that was poorly managed in this situation. The shouldâve closed the doors for the day.
It was great but we happened to go when their AC was out. My first serving of the spicy picanha was like butter, absolutely delicious. But my 2nd was tough. The salad bar was super refreshing and the raspberry limeade was great. The servers were awesome and friendly. Had it not been for the sweatiness, we would have probably stayed longer to enjoy a dessert ð Overall, great food and great service!
Food was so amazing, the salad bar was so good and everything was nice and neat. I was getting feed so many different meat it was amazing. I recommend.
The staff were very well dressed and professional! The gentleman who helped us was kind and friendly. Thank you for the experience! I enjoyed it and will come again!
Our server was amazing, it was our first time and we enjoyed it so much! She did a great job of explaining everything!
Overpriced for the service. Good was good but very slow and the server was really slow and inattentive.
Good start but when wait staff gives you wine list and then says many are not available. Why not have an updated wine list? So many issues and team had no idea about wine. Trying to give up wine we did not ask for and wine we did ask for was not available. Not being able to make adult drinks asked for, then trying to sell promotional pitcher drink. Which was all syrup sugar and not alcohol. Wait staff with pony tail was not friendly at all. Other staff were great and manager not once was able to come to our table to apologize or offer to fix situation. Our hospital service group and managers will not be coming back to this venue.
