The best teppanyaki restaurant in my area and the nicest staff. So yummy and fulfilling. Definitely worth every penny.
The food here was amazing, the wait was pretty long but at the end it was worth it. The cook was real good preparing our food and the show they put on was great, I love that they put more vegetables in the food not like another restaurant that I've been to. This place is real great and very attentive with our drinks, loved it.
I was in Fresno on business, came here for lunch. We ordered the spicy edamame appetizers which were delicious and spicy, my daughter had some sushi and I had the lunch special with steak. The fried rice with bacon was delicious! Also, the steak was tender and the veggies were cooked perfectly. The onion that they set on fire was pretty cool! I had a blueberry cocktail which was delicious also but all their cocktails sounded so unique and delicious I wanted to try them all! The staff were all friendly and helpful. The only glitch we had in eating there was that I initially called to see if there was a wait. I had an event to be at so I needed to know the timing. The hostess told me she could not tell me the wait over the phone, that I had to go in person. I told her I could not go in person because I couldn’t waste more time. She said she couldn’t give me the wait time, so we hung up. However, I called back and asked to speak to a manager. I told him my situation so he told me he could accommodate us. So it turned out well - We ate some good food and we got to our event on time. Thank you!
Such a pleasant dinner experience last night, the food here is always so delicious. But last night was our first time experiencing the sushi bar & we were not disappointed. We were first greeted by Freddy and he gave us some great recommendations since it was our first time doing raw fish. The sushi he recommended was Amazing! Two other sushi bar chefs were so great as well, Savaan and Codii were so easy to talk to and helped us choose dishes we liked. Codii and Savaan taught us about sushi and were so gracious with answering questions and just making us feel comfortable during dinner… You can truly see these three gentlemen love their job and love interacting with customers.Thank you guys so much! My husband and I had such a great time!We will definitely be back soon!
Usually your chefs do spatula juggling, and joke/converse with the diners, this time... not so. Sure he did your standard onion volcano but he kept to himself... se we diners began talking and joking with eachother. At the tepanyaki table next to us the guy was doing ALL the tricks and was joking/conversing, all engaged with his diners, our table was like WE SHOULDA GOT HIM!
I love coming here, the food is always delicious and fresh. My husband's and I go-to place for sushi. Highly recommend it! P.S. come around 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. for happy hour, cocktails and sushi will be half off! ???
Quite possibly the best sushi experience in Fresno.With an intense amount of options and all of them extremely tasteful and customizable you can never go wrong.
We were excited to try this place. It started off good after we sat down. Server came right away and asked us what we wanted to drink. Then the service went down hill from there. My friend ordered a chicken teriyaki bento box. The teriyaki chicken was cold and had to be sent back. It was cold as in ice box cold. The tempura was good but was not accompanied with a tempura sauce like most Japanese resturants serve. The bento box came with a sticky teriyaki sauce in addition to the teriyaki sauce on the chicken. This seemed a little odd but may be the restaurants tradition. I ordered 2 spider rolls and a side order of hamachi kama. My sushi came when my friends dinner came but the hamachi kama did not come until after we were done with our meal. This is even after we had to ask two times where the hamachi was. The sushi rice in the spider roll was very dense and wet. The server did not check on us once during the whole time to see how our meal was or if we needed more tea or water. She did not even apologize for the delay in getting the hamachi kama after we finished the rest of our food. We were not asked if we wanted any dessert, only if we wanted the check. Maybe she could see the dissappointment from the lack of service. The resturant was not busy so it was dissappointing that the service was below par. We had high hopes for this place and had planned on doing take out for a family gathering. However, based on this experience, we will go somewhere else. May try this resturant at another time with a different server to see if the experience changed.
