Eehhh not too crazy. It's okay. Took forever to clean a table and longer to seat us. My husband had to ask someone to take our order. Everyone's Grubhub and other businesses food sat on a table. Sucks if they we're cold seafood. They sat out for about 20 min. The sushi was okay and simply plated. Wine was warm. It's a 2 on a 5 scale. Waitresses were nice. But attentiveness sucks. Need to be more organized. I don't see my family and I going back.
My order was wrong and the price they gave me on the phone was more when I got there. I been calling about my wrong order but no answer. Make sure u check your orders before you leave. Other than this issue today they are great
We door dashed food from this place. Everything was fine until we found this ball of hair in our udon. Soooo gross.
Absolutely Awful! If I could give them a zero I would! I have ordered from them 5 times now. I Always ask, and pay for, extra wasabi. You can see my request on my receipt. I have Never Once gotten extra wasabi. So today I finally called them and since I have always had it delivered, asked them after the 5th time to please bring me the wasabi. Joanna said she gave it to the driver but my order was tied and sealed there wasn’t a manager on site but she spoke to her “boss” and offered me the next time “on the house”. I spend $y45 per order x 5 orders and zero wasabi all 5 times. What makes you think I am going to order from you a 6th time and still not get a simple side with my $45 order??? No thank you! Zero out of 5. Because the food is “meh” without the spice.
Ordered through Yelp/GrubHub and received notification my food was ready but when I arrived the store did not have my order- but the kitchen/wait staff was accommodating and got my order in and I didn't have to wait long.Salmon Teriyaki plate w tempura was delicious and standard fare at typical Sushi places. Would eat here again next time in town.
First time and was really disappointed with the host. Instead of helping me and reviewing my order she was just talking to her other female coworkers about partying and about New Years. They were more concern about trying to know what plans they had for tonight instead of my order. I tried to tell her if that was my order in the counter and for extra sauces I needed but they wouldn’t let me speak. The spicy miso ramen I got was not good at all. The broth taste like burnt pan water. ??♀️
Not what I was expecting...I know it's a sushi restaurant but ALL sushi restaurants have a beef bowl and chicken teriyaki bowl.And my son won't eat sushi, but man I was so disappointed... the veggies are boiled and frozen not good, and not enough veggies. The sauce for the food is terrible so watered down and tasteless.I'm sure the sushi is good but if you are looking for a chicken bowl or beef bowl... look elsewhere.
Great Restaurant, Japanese and Korean food mix. The staff are very respectful and the food is very very good and tasty. Rest room are super clean and the kitchen is in-front where you are seated, so you can see how exactly the food is being prepared and cooked. The location is good, next to Fresno state and parking is not a problem. Check it out yourself.
First time trying Sushi N Pop, great family atmosphere and very welcoming.Their staff greet you immediately their friendly and very attentive to any needs.They have really great customer service our waitress was awesome and great with our kids.The food is delicious ? great portions you really get full. The fried cali rolls are sooo flavorful definitely recommend and the spicy ramen is perfect. The katsu chicken plate was my favorite and my kids loved the fried cheese cake drizzled in chocolate and berries. Great experience and definitely will be back.
The staff is very friendly and cordial, and service is very good. Good deep fried sushi! I’m honestly not a fan of sushi and I’ve tried liking it multiple times but I couldn’t, so I wanted to be adventurous and came here for my first time and to my pleasant surprise, I actually liked it!! Bravo Sushi N’ Pop!! I got the Cali Crunch, and Philly Crunch rolls, and I enjoyed BOTH of them! The only thing that knocked off a star was the Philly roll had too much cream cheese for my taste, though still very good! Keep up the good work!
