I love going to Starbucks...The staff is really friendly...
Staff is quick to welcome and help but I waited over 10 min for a Carmel Macchiato. The place wasn't busy and no one offered any reason why my order took so much time. I've been to other Starbucks and never waited this long and the places were busier than thus one. The Barista was friendly. If it wasn't for the slow service I would've gave a four star.
Not the best Starbucks in the area, but it's currently one of very few Starbucks in Fresno open past 5pm. I'm glad its survived Starbucks mass closures of their non drive-thru stores (unlike the south location) and the lobby is a nice spot for getting some work done.
They get my drink correct 99.5% of the time.

Music to loud to hear your name called to get order, and try to have a conversation over music. Then trying to get a straw as people are waiting for there order, throwing trash the same experience. To get order have to ask customers to let you pass.
Impeccable, friendly, and Cameron remembered my name after a month of me not coming there!.. crazy! ???? What Great people there!!

1st off I understand that a bunch of Starbucks are out of splenda that's fine,but don't add anything unless I ask because I'm diabetic and theses guys gave me tea with lemonade in it and that was not ok. Jacked up my blood sugar all day trying to calculate the sugar in it. I had highs all day from it. I asked another Starbucks if maybe it was lemon juice and they said No we don't carry plain lemon. This is how I found out it was not sugar free. Rule of thumb drink some then leave. You can cause a high blood sugar in diabetics and they may not realize you add a sugar product to their drink. Be more careful.
