We went through the drive-thru for a hot chocolate. The employee we interacted with was very nice and friendly. The peppermint hot chocolate was delicious!!
Visited because an old coworker moved on to a better place for better opportunities and I am glad to see her happy where she is. This location is close to the freeway, which is good and bad in terms of demand. I would visit if I was in the area again.
Another great Starbucks.. friendly staff.. efficient.. exceptionally fast.. excellent coffee.. custom to my taste.

I was waiting in the drive thru and tried to order on the app to save time and the app said they were out of most everything especially all the holiday specials. When I got to the window to order she said yes did have what I wanted. I mentioned that the app said they were out of it and she just shrugged her shoulders. If I wasn't in the line and stuck and I was trying to order I wouldn't have ordered there and moved on to the next location looking for what I wanted. You guys push for us to order on line how about you keep it updated?
I was a huge Starbucks fan but lately not so much. The only thing I love about this Starbucks is most of their employees are absolutely amazing!!! Super friendly and they make up for what the store lacks in supplies and support for them.

Typical Starbucks service was fast and freindly. Parking is tight and hard to enter establishment. Can get very busy at times. Drive threw can be hard to access if your driving a bigger vehicle.
Cozy, clean, and quiet location. It can be a tight squeeze to get in if you're coming off Shaw and easy to miss since NB HWY 41 is right up ahead, but that's probably why this Starbucks doesn't get as high traffic as the others. All my drinks were made correctly and quickly, and the baristas were polite and accommodating. Still had plenty of pumpkin spice on a hot double star day!
