There refreshers are delicious
Used to be my favorite location. The new people do not know how to follow simple menu drink orders. They taste completely different. I asked for it to be remade which I never do. They remake it and it still is not a vanilla cold brew. Not sure if these new people were even trained or they're just throwing their own drinks together but I'm cool off this location now. Gonna miss my favorite ladies in the morning though!
I really like Starbucks, so this is not necessarily complaint. It is more of a word of constructive criticism. The Cedar and Ashlan store generally has a long wait in the drive through, so I didn’t think anything of it a week or so ago when I sat in an unmoving line for 10 minutes. The person ordering in front of me stayed there for awhile and finally moved up. Then when it was my turn, I waited for awhile, until an employee came out with a sign and some tape and explained that the store’s hours had been modified. They had closed at 2:00. It was currently 2:30. He explained to me that there was a sign on the front door. While I did mention that when you drive around to the drive through, you really don’t see the front door closely enough to see a sign, I politely thanked him and went on my way.I totally understand about the modified hours, and that’s not what bothers me. I do think there should have been some kind of notice at the entrance to the drive through line to let customers know not to drive in. Today I went to the drive through at the same store, thinking they closed at 2:00 so I had plenty of time. It was 12:00. When I got to the microphone to order there were three cars in front of me and at least one behind me. The worker politely and apologetically let me know that they had just closed at 12:00. The paper sign that was taped up by the microphone was being folded over by the wind and was unreadable. I politely suggested that in the future, when the store closes, someone should come out and put some cones or something to block people from entering.Even at the grocery store, when a checkout lane is getting ready to close, they at least rope off the end of the line after the last person, and the people who were already waiting in that line are still served. If the schedules are going to be changed this often, it would really be nice to be able to see at a glance whether the drive through is open or not.
I used to always come here to get my Starbucks fixed. Friendly employees and great customer service.
Quick service picking up an online order each time we have stopped by.
4171 E Ashlan Ave, Fresno, CA 93726 this location has rude staff and doesn't care about making money or coffee.
This has the be the slowest Starbucks in town. It’s between home and work so every few months I’ll grab a coffee here, then immediately regret it and swear I’ll never come here again. It is actually faster to drive to a Starbucks further away. Today there wasn’t even a long line for the drive thru (rare) or it still took ages just to get a drip coffee.
I come to this Starbucks often, and the drive thru line is hit and miss. Some days it’s nice and short, while others it’s very long and not worth waiting in. Orders are consistently accurate, and service is warm and cordial. Well done!
Staff is slow, they were more concerned about getting off work at 7 rather than greeting their customers and treating them with respect. Girl (named started with an A looked like a latina) working the espresso machine was upset that people ordered water and was upset it was only 5:10. Manager (pony tail and facial hair) I’m assuming due to the black collared shirt chimed in with her. It took them 30 min to make our drinks had 3. Honestly I’ll stick to my Clovis location for Starbucks or just go to Dutch bros since I’ll get more for my money.
The drive thru starbucks partners are very very friendly! With their nice attitude I don’t mind sitting in the drive thru line for longer~They are super busy though just bewareThis location would be great to order phone pick up orders
