This particular restaurant like any other Starbucks has their peak hours but it's generally the quick in and out and they feature all of your favorites and the stuff is always very nice to talk to and they try to give you your order quickly

Called to tell them they got my order wrong wasn't trying to complain AT ALL. But the person answering the phone had a bad attitude. I work in customer service too, i understand the difficulties, but i wouldn't ever give a customer attitude. Uber eats on the other hand did awesome:)
Lovely workers and drinks! Just slightly understaffed during such a busy time and the parking lot with the drive through is a nightmare

As a former partner I don't often go to Starbucks, and even less often do I have such stellar experiences with baristas. Everytime I go here tho the baristas are sweet as pie, and last time I even got a sweet note on my cup that made my day. Thanks for hosting such a nice team you guys are doing great.

I ordered one of my favorites, Venti vanilla bean with strawberry drizzle & whip cream & even though they made it too sweet today.... they apologized and we're so sweet about it they offered me another with no hesitation. She was so friendly, so apologetic I really appreciated that. The world needs more people like her!! Thank you Raylene
Today I went by in the morning. Yana greeted us with the most friendliest, warm, happy go lucky personality an voice. Her greet made my morning. We were on our way to see my sons football game and with her friendliness and welcoming heart she wished us a great morning and hoped my son win his game. She is truly a true representation of great customer service and a person who values people in general. Her warm welcoming personality is what will bring me back. Thank you Yana keep that personality and vibe the world's need more people like you!
