Always great service despite the lines but you always know there a line and still come back.
Horrible service didn’t get one thing right on my order, and they never give a receipt unless you ask , I understand they’re in a hurry but don’t sacrifice good service… please
Lilliana always makes my coffee the best! All staff are super nice and friendly. This location is on point, they pay attention to details, and fast service. ☺
Standard Starbucks fare, you know what you are getting. Unfortunately the location is busy at all hours, so don't expect a quick in/out even if you order ahead/online. My experience usually involves a 20-30 minute wait at minimum. Nothing against the employees, they are just too swamped to efficiently keep the line going. As a result, it's probably better to not even order ahead/online since by the time you get your coffee, it is no longer hot.
The main reason this is my favorite Starbucks is thanks to Gary!! He is the nicest and most patient worker there. Always knows my name and makes sure my drinks are the way I like them!!!
I have been here before and usually no problems but today, my coffee is cold. I'm surprised they even allowed it to leave like that. Not only was it cold but I waited a couple of minutes for it, I thought they were doing a pour over cause it was taking awhile. But when I left and took a drink I realized the coffee must have been left over from yesterday. Disappointing to say the least.
No doubt they’re always busy but there customer service is one of the Best! Gary such a awesome person Anyone who is a usual knows who Gary is!!! Awesome customer service employee of the the year goes to Gary ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Today's visit was horrible I hope the manager sees this and realizes that she was rude this morning by telling a customer that added an item at the last minute at the drive-thru you could have been a little bit more polite about you made me park and get out of my car after I had already paid for it at the window then you forgot my cold brew and I had to ask for it was still sitting at the drive-thru window have better customer service that's so unprofessional and you were rude about it wow customer service at its best
First time at this location maybe the last. Everything was sold out and had long waits for limited items. Definitely not worth the wait.
