Always very friendly service and always confirms that I want coffee in my Sugar Free Vanilla Frappe! At other locations 4 out of 5 times I would be served a sugar free vanilla bean which has no coffee ? Our drinks here are always wonderful.

Honey Oat-milk Latte with no foam plus two Splenda’s. Why is this so hard to make?! I had to add my own Splenda because they forgot and there was lots of foam. After stirring in slender the drink was about 2 inches from the top.
If i could give it zero stars i would. Went inside to order my coffee this morning and after waiting a few minutes the girl working at the very edge handing out most of the drinks today asked if i did a mobile order i told her i ordered here. She proceeded to tell me it almost done, she thereafter made me an iced coffee and i had ordered a hot one. I told her when she gave it to me and she told she she thought it was iced bc it had vanilla sweet cold foam. I walked away and gave her time to make the hot coffee, no complaining, but i was late for work for this. And all she did was pour the ice out and i ended up with a cold coffee anyways. How absurd if i had known she’d done that i would token the iced coffee. I never order hot coffees and what a terrible drink this was on my way to work. She needs to get fired ASAP. Veryu professional, i know Starbucks for quality, that was not it.

We Come here every Sunday before church and they consistently have a 30-minute wait in the Drive-Thru every Sunday. You've been warned.
